Heater fan seized this morning. Repairman here around noon & repair done by 3:30 p.m. Pleasant & professional repairman.

We were very pleased with Jeremy who came to our house to repair our air conditioner. He was friendly, energetic and organized, working steadily outside without complaint when the temperature was 107. He explained why he was doing what he did, didn't charge us an arm and a leg, and best of all when he left our house was cooling off nicely.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Long story short, had HVAC issues on the hottest day of the year. Contacted my home warranty and several HVAC services. Dan at Climate & Energy Solutions responded before anybody (at 10:00pm, no less).

The next day, again, before anybody -even my home warranty provider- got back to me, I was contacted by Hope at Climate & Energy Solutions, and was set up for a time the following day (everybody else was at least a week out when they finally did get back to me, and even my warranty provider could not find such quick service).

Jeremy arrived the following day 1/2-hour early (I’ve never had ANY contractor of any kind arrive early - it was AMAZING), listened to me describe my issue at length, then set to work. He completed his work quickly, and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

In the end, the price for an after-hours visit plus repair/service was beyond reasonable, it was shockingly good. I will literally never call anybody else for HVAC service if/when I need it in the future. THESE FOLKS ROCK!

I was impressed with Andrew's knowledge of the problem and solution to get the a/c working again. He was friendly and professional as well as educational on keeping the system running smoothly between visits.
