I was offered two incentives if I bought a solar system through climate energy and was told I would receive them after the installation was complete. It has been almost two months and I still haven't received anything and they will not return phone calls. Installers were not professional and poor quality. Wires hanging on the roof, conduit not secure, box wasn't installed where we agreed and showed up late.

They kept us informed of the process as well as when parts would be in. They were always professional and friendly to work with. I've enjoyed working with them!
