Signed up for their maintenance plan six months ago and they keep rescheduling on me the day of the appointment. I have to take time off work to stay home for this and this is the third time. Would not recommend wasting money on their maintenance plan.

The service provided by Brenden was excellent. He figured out how to solve a difficult problem I was having with my mini split very quickly and fixed it.

Very disappointing we have been trying to install our solar for almost five months, we signed the papers October 31st and now in March we still dont have it. We have to chase them down to get any answers. Seems to be excuse after excuse why we haven’t gotten our solar and if I knew this from the beginning I would never have gone with this company, beware it’s very hard to get any answers once you sign your contract you are not a priority anymore. The trouble with all of this is quite frustrating and honestly very unprofessional. At this rate I will be shocked if we even get it by next October.

Andrew showed up right on time, checked and adjusted the furnace, and told me exactly what changes he made and why (not that I understood all the technical bits). He also recommended that I change filter types, and also explained why. He's quite knowledgeable, so we discussed switching to a heat pump once my current system starts to have problems (which hopefully will be a long time off).
Climate and Energy Solutions also set up my solar and backup systems, and have always done a great job.

I wanted to write and persobally thank Andrew for bringing a heater to my 95 year old mother on Friday. When he arrived he noticed a co2 smell. If it wasnt for him, she would have died in her sleep. Thank you so much for your help. He should get some type of recognition for his actions.

Gave a thorough check up on the AC. Nice to see the two working together (as there was a trainee) to check each part of the system.

Found and called this place for my mother-in-law. They were able to get us an appointment very fast, Josh was an hour early, AND they didn't even end up charging us anything. This last point was because Josh discovered that there was nothing wrong with our heating system. But instead of charging us 89 dollars anyway, he told the truth and gave us his advice for free (turns out we weren't waiting long enough for the heat to kick on. Oops!). We will be turning to them again for help in the future!

Changed out thermostat explained different models and how to setup and how to use the one chosen. then provided the heater service and changed the filter, and asked if we had any concerns or questions.
