We have a little problem with A/C didn't give enough cool air.Andrew was the tech who came out. He was cleanning the outside Unit for us and told that we need to get new filter for for the inside.He was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly.

Joey came on time, was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained our home warranty to us. When he looked at the unit, he knew what was wrong in a very short time and repaired it. He also tested the temperature in the house afterwards to make sure it was working properly. In addition, Hope, their dispatcher explained to me the best way to communicate with the home insurance company. It is extremely hot this week, and she got us help within two days. Thank you to both of you! We will be buying the maintenance program very soon so we can keep Joey as our maintenance guy. Wonderful company and people!

Due to the issues I was experiencing I had concerns of major damage due to water and replacement of my evaporative cooler. He discovered the float was out of adjustment and not working properly which caused the pan to overflow draining constantly onto my roof. He also discovered there was dirt and debris building up at the seam of an addition which caused water to leach up under the shingles. This was the reason for the leak through my bathroom vent. He made all the necessary adjustments and cleaned the drain pan. Everything has been working perfectly since then. He also informed me of a service they have to come out twice a year to service the swamp cooler which would in turn save money throughout the year.

We needed someone to come out on a weekend because our AC stopped working. We agreed on the more expensive rate so we didn’t have to go without AC all weekend. They came out spent 20 min on the until the handed us a bill for almost $500. The part they charged us for costs about $30 online. A very unrealistic up charge especially for an emergency situation. Very unprofessional office staff. Do not recommend using them even in an emergency they take advantage of you.
