They called me to see if I was available for an earlier than scheduled maintenance appointment. Andy was able to find an issue early while he was inspecting my heater and will probably result In prolonging the life of my unit. He took his time and was thorough and professional. I will request his response for my next and continuing maintenance and services.

Andrew Rushing was so helpful! He was able to show me functions of my system that I didn’t know it had! He was efficient and professional. He went above and beyond even taking the time to adjust a tattering vent! He was also able to suggest a different payment frequency for my current maintenance plan that saved me money. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!

I was in a pinch…….AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. In order to get them to come right out I had to sign up for a maintenance plan, I wasn’t thrilled about that, but it’s not a bad thing. Tech Josh Stephens was professional, kind and diligent. He made the fix seamless and even assured me he would come back out of ANYTHING went amiss. Very pleased with the service.

Brendan was super knowledgeable and explain thoroughly what was going on with our agencies AC unit. He explained what the broken part was, transistor, how it worked and why the part is important. He worked fast and even went the extra mile to help clean and check everything on the AC unit and system to ensure everything was working properly. Would definitely recommend his quality of work.

Jeremy Neal from CAES performed service on our heating system. He was on time. He diagnosed the problem and then fixed the problem. He was courteous, he explained the problem and the repair. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I have used CAES in the past and have an annual maintenance contract. I am very happy with this company and the technicians.

The installation team was very professional, friendly, efficient and skillful. They worked in sync to get our solar up between rainstorms. We were impressed at their teamwork, each knowing their area of expertise. The office staff was so responsive throughout the entire process. This is a well run company with strong work ethics, making the customer feel valued. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of solar installation or any other services they offer.

Their technician, Joshua Stevens diagnosed the problem causing our ac to not work properly. He discovered the problem was a defect during installation and made the repair at no charge. He communicated well before, during and after the service call. He worked very hard and efficiently

I made the appointment and within 24 hours. They were out taking care of service maintenance. They have a great monthly maintenance plan. I highly recommend looking into it. Andrew Rushing was our tech and he was great! I highly recommend this company.

Exceptional Service!
The service provided by Brenden was awesome. I appreciate that Brenden takes the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions just as thoroughly. Brenden arrived timely, was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend.

Updated review… Had an issue with some grass being killed on our front lawn from the left over scolding hot remnants of the old hot water heater being dumped on it. Happy to update that after a few conversations Climate & Energy Solutions has remedied the situation with a new piece of grass sod that has taken root nicely 👍 Thank you guys for honoring the situation. Good business.
