These guys really know what they’re doing! They came in, gave us a very reasonable quote, and completed the job early. They even did a few extra things outside the scope of the bid. I’m definitely going to refer them to anyone needing remodel work, HVAC, stucco, flooring, you name it!

My best friend was in a serious bind, having just had a baby and a water leak over the winter which caused major water damage. The insurance company recommended a company they came in and took out all the water damage and then just disappeared my buddy searched and could not find anybody that could come out and finish the job. I suggested he call Giuseppe with pioneer engineering and construction not only did Giuseppe show up within a few days but he gave a very reasonable quote. He was able to start the following week. He showed up on the job with 12 guys and within a week and a half. The job was finished and they also did a few things that were not on the bid . They were always very respectful & professional. I will continue to recommend pioneer engineering and construction.

I should have realized something was off when I spoke to the owner because both
the owner and his son left 5 five star reviews for their own company. I tried to have them do some lot clearing. However, they bid the job 3 times more than the local contractors in paradise.
