I appreciate the responsiveness and the communication with appointment times and arrivals. Josh was the technician today and knew exactly what I wanted for a different thermostat replacement control. Had one on his truck and quickly swapped it out. Made my life a bit easier. Thanks so much!

We hired Climate Control to install a new heater and all the duct work required. Instead of removing and replacing the existing duct system as was indicated on the invoice, they replaced only part of the duct work and the part they didn't replace blew out the following year. The result was a cold house and a high bill. They came to inspect it and quoted $700 to fix it even though we were still under warranty and had been charged for a complete replacement. We ended up having another company fix the problem. Not happy with the customer service at Climate Control and will never use them again. DONT USE CLIMATE CONTROL!!!

Our AC went out on a very hot Chico holiday weekend! We googled AC repair places and this was the top with great reviews. We were not disappointed. They took our information and a service technician called us within 20 minutes. Brain called us and said he was finishing up with a client and would be out to our house soon. He was here about 25 minutes later. He was very kind when he arrived, wore a mask before entering our house. He located the issue quickly and was able to replace the fuse while he was here! He showed my husband where & what the issue was with our unit. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend calling them if you need anything with your HVAC unit! Thank you Brian!

Climate & energy solutions was amazing in getting our A/C system fixed. Hope, was terrific in scheduling a technician to come out in a timely manner, and also dealing with our home warranty company. She was very sympathetic to our situation and I could tell she wanted to help us get out system working quickly. Chris, the technician, was punctual and very knowledgeable about our system. We had a different company come out to look at our system initially, and they recommended a whole new system. Chris diagnosed it in minutes telling us the problem, and he had the parts for the repair in his van. I would absolutely recommend climate & energy solutions to anyone who needs hvac help. You will not be disappointed.

This was the third company I contacted, and when Valentino looked at our AC, he said it needed a specific part replaced. The first said we needed a whole new system($12,000), the second said part of it needed to be replaced (starting at $5000). Climate & Energy Solutions did it for $4500! I am so thankful I had them come out. Valentino is a wonderful employee and there was another gentleman with him, but I didn’t catch his name, who was also wonderful! I would highly recommend them for any services they perform. Thank you all!

Climate and Energy Solutions just installed a heat pump HVAC system in our house and we could not be more satisfied. Every step of the sales, payment and installation process was completed with the highest level of professionalism. Communication was excellent and the installers were on-time, cordial, respectful and cleaned up after each work day. Our new system is performing beyond expectations, it is quiet and efficient and effortlessly cools our home even on triple digit days. 5 stars!
