CES installed my new HP system a few months ago, which is awesome. Very pleased with their install crew and service. The issue was a slight fan hum, which was solved and corrected quickly by Josh. Very diligent.

Showed up on time. Inspected and ran heating unit and found it to be working ok. Appeared to know what he was doing and was thorough. Took about one hour. I was satisfied.

Andrew replaced a Hot Surface Igniter on my heater. Very professional and friendly. He was efficient and finished the job in a very short time frame. He took extra care before and after installing the part. Highly recommended.

Our project proved to be much more difficult than anticipated and Climate Energy Solutions saw it through with the tenacity it takes when the unexpected happens. Our main service panel had been compromised by an unknown unscrupulous contractor prior to our purchasing the home. Now, we have a new main service panel, properly connected solar to PGE, upgraded HVAC, a rewired back up generator, and a new water heater all courtesy of CES. I can't ever remember winding up a problem customer like this ever in my life. The coordination and communication it took with PGE was extensive. I'll be a return customer for sure. They had to fix someone else's work so that we could be legal and safe.

AC went out in the evening, CES was able to get Jeremy out to fix it the next day. He was very professional and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through how he diagnosed the issue, and had us back in business within an hour. He even shared a few tips on extending the life of the unit while he was cleaning up! All in all a great experience, in the middle of a heat wave!
