Jason and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I had gotten quotes from several other solar companies, but Climate and Energy Solutions was far and away the best bid in town. Installation of our 100 solar panels was very fast and we were hooked up before you know it. I definitely recommend them.

This company is very professional with caring and talented technicians. I have my maintenance done every six months, it is nice knowing that as a single mother in college that I will not have to worry about my central heating and air system failing on me when I need it the most. Having my maintenance done has ensured me that all my equipment is up to date and performing well. I also like knowing that my filters are changed regularly so that I have clean air for my family. Also when I call Claire, including all the office girls have been amazing. Thank you for helping me and my family.

Brenden was prompt, very courteous and professional and seemed to be thorough in his maintenance of our heating system. Will likely ask for him by name next time.

I was so happy they were able to get me on the schedule within less than a week, because of course the A/C went out as soon as we got real summer. Our AC stopped working on Sunday evening. I filled in the form on their website and they called the next morning and had an appointment for me that same afternoon. Brian was amazing! He actually called to let me know he would be over earlier than the scheduled time! The first time that's ever happened on a service call. Within about 15 minutes he had the problem diagnosed (capacitor), and the whole thing was fixed within 30 minutes of arriving at our home. Great company, great service, great technician. I will be switching over our regular HVAC maintenance Climate & Energy Solutions.

Update:
Still thrilled with our investment and how much we’ve saved on our energy bills! Our bill went from a whopping $433 last July to $5.03 this July! Gone are the days when we had to debate on turning on the AC or not to stop the constant turning of the meter. Now we can have it on knowing we won’t have a crazy bill in the future.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of Climate and Energy Solutions for all of our HVAC/Solar needs! They worked with us to design a complete system to help alleviate the crazy energy bills that we were not used to seeing living in other states. The solar installation crew showed up on time, were professional, super fast, and so clean you’d have no idea they were even there! Every phone call, every email, every question (and I had a lot!) was responded to and answered thoroughly. Very happy with our experience!

My AC quit on a day that is gearing up for a high of 104. i called Climate & Energy Solutions in the morning, and Hope answered and said she would try to move things around so that I could be helped the same day. Abe was supposed to come between 12-2 pm, and he called around 10 am and said he had finished a job early! Fantastic! Abe and Chris were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed my AC within 45 minutes. The price was way less than I was expecting, not much more than the $75 service fee, and they informed me about a maintenance program they do (2x's a year, one visit for heat and one for AC) for only $129. I highly recommend this company. These guys were polite, professional, and handled the issue. My house is cool again!

I rarely post reviews online but I was so blown away by the service, So i figured they deserved a pat on the back. Joey recently handled some issues we were having at one of my businesses here in chico. He was absolutely professional and answered my questions clearly and honestly. Easily the best AC service here in Chico! Thank you Climate Energy and Solutions. After experiencing nothing but hassles from one of the more well known places in town and finally getting fed up, we searched for someone else to service our AC needs. Thank goodness we called Climate Energy & Solutions. Their tech, Jeremy N was amazing. Not only was he professional and solved our problem, he also was able to help us out with knowing what to look out for in the future so we don't run into the same type of problems. Communication/scheduling was a breeze. Everything went so smoothly, which was a nice change compared to some of the other guys in town!
