I have had Efficient Concepts (formerly Efficient Energy Concepts) help me three times now with three different issues as our house seems to disintegrate slowly. They fixed the radiant floor heating manifold, troubleshot an AC problem, and just now fixed the rat-infested wiring of our heating unit. On all three occasions, they came out very quickly, the technician was courteous and capable, and the customer service was excellent. I can only recommend Efficient Concepts for all AC/heating needs--they are indeed efficient!

On the morning of January 17th, I discovered my furnace not working. I called Efficient Energy Concepts to schedule service and was pleasantly surprised that they could send someone out that day. It was very cold that week and the cold spell was suppose to continue through the weekend so it was really great to hear that the system could possibly be running that day. Benjamin came out that afternoon and in no time had the system up and running. He explained to me what had happened and how it could be avoided in the future. He did not try to sell me a new system or any equipment that I didn't need. Benjamin offered a service agreement for scheduled annual maintenance to prevent this type of thing happening again. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful. Benjamin shared his cell number with me if I had any problems and offered to come out and fix the furnace if needed. He was very professional, conscientious and made me feel like I could rely on him to keep my system running smoothly. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Thanks to the team a Efficient Concepts we got our A/C replaced in the heat of summer when ours went out and it was some of the hottest days of the summer. This team worked through the heat of the day and replaced our HVAC system. Both Ben and his helper worked in the heat, and it was hot. They were here on time and did a great job, I also need to say his wife at the office always kept us informed and was very nice. I will use the word Honest to describe the team. Thank you so much, and keep up the GREAT work.
