On time, professional and very knowledgeable of the product. Thoroughly explained all maintenance performed including options for replacing our capacitor. Wore shoe protectors to keep our flooring clean. We have used Paschal for 7 years and have had nothing but a very positive experience. Highly recommend them for your heating and a/c needs.

This was my first experience with using Paschal for service. Jared the technician was very polite and very professional, he addressed my questions to my understanding & satisfaction. This fall, I hope he is the Technician who will be doing the maintenance service.

Two weeks out from installation of HVAC System and Water Heater AND un-estimated and unexpected electrical box. A tech is schedule for tomorrow to finish installation follow up and a repairman is due next week to repair damage done to house during installation. We had difficulty getting to someone higher up in management to answer questions but through the electrician (who was wonderful) we finally got in touch with a manager. (My husband left 5 messages over two days for a manager to call us back. NO ONE ever called.) He was nice and acknowledged our issues as problematic. He also knocked off some $$ for the HVAC system. However we discovered today that there was never any estimate given for the Hot Water Heater ($1300) and we still are expected to pay the $2900 for the electrical panel that wasn't discovered until everything had been disconnected from the old unit. :( So our estimate of $11,500 for install of the HVAC system is now around $15,000. NOT very transparent financial business practices. My husband called this "switch and bait". Thankful for the HVAC system and everything else, people that we have dealt with are super nice.......but we could have put off replacing the entire system if technicians had NOT pulled out the old system prior to telling us we needed a new electrical panel and the salesman knew what to look for during estimate evaluation. Equipment works well so far and people are nice. Process of installation and follow-up has been a pain and not professional. Work is still not completed.

Plumber Tech Robert checked for repair needed on faucet leak, toilet leak, and installing tankless water heater. He answered all my questions, made a call to installer to confirm question. Robert is really good at presenting solutions for preventative maintenance as well as presenting options for replacing hot water tank. He is an excellent asset for your team.

Anderson is ALWAYS very professional and awesome to work with. He explains things in a simple to understand manner and gets the job done right. We appreciate him. Darren & Cristy

Caleb exceeded my expectations with repairing our issue and was patient in answering all of my questions. He was timely, polite and patient. Will definitely keep using Paschal for future plumbing needs should they arise.

Friendly, got my Central Air up and running very quickly. They took the time to explain everything they would be doing and each component that would be installed. I would definitely recommend.
