I had the pleasure today of having Herbert come out and work on my air conditioner. He was phenomenal. He did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and professional on time I highly recommend Paschal for all of your service needs.

We bought a 20K generator about 2 & 1/2 years ago. We got Paschal name through Sam's Club. Sam's was offering 10 % off. After installation, when we got billed, the technician Mark said that they couldn't give us 10% off. The generator did not run well at all from the start. Tech Mark came out several times and could not figure out what was wrong with it. So we have had to listen to it run bad for 2&1/2 years every weekend on exercise. It has been a total nightmare!Finally Mark had a field rep.(Sam Burg) come to help him and neither one of them could figure it out, although they apparently told the company that it was fixed. I had tried to contact a manager several times and never got a response. When the generator did come on during a power outage it ruined the controller on our oven, knocked the lights out of our refrigerator, and damaged the controller on our heater unit. Finally after 2&1/2 years we had them come out and told the new technician that this was their last chance to get it right. The new technician, Ben Ettestad,was an excellent person to deal with. He did have some difficulty finding the problem but stuck with it till he figured it out. He was the only person with Paschal that seemed to care about the customer!At this point the generator seems to be fixed. If not we have confidence in Ben to get it right . Beware of this company. Management does not care about the customer period. Ben was professional.

Alex did a great job getting our A/C running again. The Paschal team was very responsive in booking an appointment. I highly recommend Paschal to my friends and neighbors.

Great experience from the initial call through after sale. I received same day service for a repair. Logan was very professional and thorough. I asked for a follow up visit to quote a new AC unit. Daniel was very relatable, answered all questions in as much detail as I wanted. He never pushed for a sale and presented a wide range of options. I’ll definitely use Paschal again!

I had a very good experience with our Technician Dillon Mathews. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He is a great communicator. He outlined the issues, explained our options, patiently answered all of my questions and did not pressure us.

Paschal's replaced all the drain pipes under our 100 year old house, in one day. It was a two day job, rather than inconvenience us they sent two crews. Everyone who came out was kind, respectful, and professional. They provide Chick-fil-A quality customer service. I would definitely recommend them. Caleb and Marvin were the two I talked with most, both very professional and respectful!
