Honestly, I am unbelievably impressed with the service and experience I had with Paschal Air. We just bought a new home, and unfortunately our AC unit stopped working the week we moved in.. terrible luck. So, we called Paschall Air to come out and repair our system.

Through that repair process, the technician unfortunately made a wiring mistake that caused our compressor to fail and require replacement. I called and let them know as soon as we discovered the miswire, and I was obviously very nervous that it was going to be a long drawn out process/fight to have our AC fixed and that it would end up costing us thousands of dollars out of pocket.

BUT instead of the nightmarish situation it could have been, it was an unbelievably easy and simple process. They reviewed the information on their end and immediately confirmed that they had in fact made the mistake and accepted full responsibility. They then came out SAME DAY to replace our entire unit at no cost to us. Not only did they replace the unit, but they actually replaced it with a better unit than what we had before.

We’re all human and we all make mistakes, but the important thing is how you handle those mistakes. I certainly feel that Paschal Air handled their mistake in the best way possible which was such a massive relief for us. They’ve definitely earned our loyalty and trust as customers.

Melanie in the office was super polite and helpful every time I spoke with her. Caleb was professional, empathetic, honest, and apologetic when he called me back to respond about the mistake that was made.

The technician that made the original mistake also came back to correct it. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, and this was so minuscule in the grand scheme of things. The technician was so nice to work with, and I still wholeheartedly trust him to do repairs and maintenance for us in the future.

Really, thank y’all so much for how you handled this situation. We look forward to working with you for many years to come.

Ian came out and quoted me for a full system replacement after being without AC for 3.5 days. He was thorough & fair. I didn't feel like it was just a sales pitch like I did with the other companies that had come out. He had me on the schedule the very next day. The crew was out early & spent all day getting my new system installed. They worked hard in a very hot house & attic that is upstairs! They got me up & running & I am now in a comfortable, cooled home! I am very pleased from start to finish. I will use Walker Air-Plumbing-Electric for all my needs!

I can't say enough great things about this company! We've used them twice because our new A/C system, unfortunately, has needed a few repairs. We've loved the customer service, they're so quick to send a technician out. We've dealt with 3 separate techs and they were ALL really great, quick, knew what they were doing - and one was even very mindful of my sleeping baby.

Sadly I'm updating my original 5 star review of Walker Air. While they initially appeared to correct our issue, and did so with professionalism, it quickly became clear that the problem was not actually fixed, just delayed by a few days. We began a descent into AC repair Hell, with multiple calls to Walker Air over the next few weeks. Each time, a new root cause was found and repaired, with expectations set that "This time it will fix your issue."

This wound up never being true. After three service calls, we had had enough. The people were friendly and the technicians professional. The lack-luster scheduling was poor, and appointment commitments over the phone to a specified hour range were never even close. Why even allow people to select time slots and schedule appointments if you can't honor them?

With each new fix, we were given hope our AC was repaired, but it invariably failed within 24 to 48 hours, this time with another seemingly new problem.

I really do think the technicians thought they had fixed the immediate issue, but everything was a band-aid. They did not ever seem to perform a full review of the entire system, ducts, dampers, control boxes, air flow studies, etc. So each fix was just a small patch until somethign else went wrong.

We had a warranty service with them, but this did not help solve our problem. It did help cover some of the diagnostic cost and get us appoints faster, we give them that credit due. But a warranty service and quicker appointments to a failed solution does not, a worth-while company, make.

We have discontinued our service with Walker. I hope our issues were a fluke. I hope every else has the more, initial positive review we had. But for us, there were too many chances for a win that resulted in a loss.

I would not recommend this company to my friends, and very recently advised our neighbor to avoid them when they asked for our AC repair person. Sorry Walker Air, but you missed the mark.

Alfonso was the technician at our home today, and he was very pleasant and thorough in his communication. He explained all that he was going to work on, and when he was finished he told me everything he accomplished. He made me feel very secure in what was done today!!

Previously rated 5 stars as the technician was timely and polite. However a few days after he left, my upstairs was not cooling and the downstairs was struggling to stay below 80 degrees. Additionally, i had water in the drip pan under the unit in the attic which was draining outside even though I was told it was draining properly through the pipes in the house. Called to have them come back out as I was not having these problems before the technician performed the routine check up and it will take them almost 1 week to return with no guarantee that it will be working after this second visit.

I wish I could recommend them to others but unfortunately that is not the case.
