Work Environmental Systems

We’ve been using Work Environmental for years and recently had to have our entire AC system replaced. They are always very professional, clean and on time. Their communication is outstanding. Big thanks to TJ, Matt and the entire team for keeping us cool over the years!

Used them last summer for AC unit not cooling. They came out, called and said only needed freon. Added freon and charged reasonable price. Were very friendly and will use again.

Special thanks to David for coming out today and helping us in an emergency and for diagnosing an issue no one could find for us. Also special thanks to Steven and Junior for coming so quickly and fixing our system. We appreciate you all of your help today!

Just called to get info on an install 12 years ago. They went above and beyond to help find all the info we needed and send the original invoice. We've moved out of Denton; I'm going to miss this company! We've used them for 20 years.

We have been without air conditioning for 2 weeks! We submitted a home warranty ticket with a competitor located in Sanger, Texas. That tech told us that we needed a replacement part and have dragged us along for 2 weeks. The tech competition recommended replacement of the AC and possibly the furnace ($5-12k).

We called Work Environmental this Wednesday and they sent a tech to give us a quote for a whole new system. The tech arrived Friday morning to take a look and give us a quote. Instead of giving us a quote, our HERO Andy, took a look at the system and FIXED it!

It turns out, the tech (Our Hero, Andy) had been here 10 years prior and told us the system just needed a part replaced and he replaced it! We now have cool air flowing through the house. I’m not going to lie, I sobbed before he left the driveway and I really wanted to give him a hug.

Save yourself the headache of dealing with so-called “competitors” and just call Work Environmental of Denton. Their technicians have integrity and will get the job done!

Came on a Saturday and took care of our problem. Cool air again! Good job!

Called for an AC service check due to an occasional noise coming from the outside unit. They were quick to show up and able to diagnose the issue as something non-critical. I also reached out to them to install new thermostat cabling since it appeared we did not have a common wire. They provided a reasonable quote and we scheduled a time for the fix. Upon further inspection on arrival, the technicians immediately realized that there indeed was a common wire that the previous owners had tucked away in the wall. They retrieved the wire, installed it in the thermostat, and called it “no charge”. Solid, honest service.

The efficiency of Work Environmental Systems is so appreciated.. From the first contact by phone until the team of installers left, there was a desire by this company for excellence. The team they sent out represented this company well. Much appreciation goes to Steven, Markus and Isaac for their excellent work.

Fair pricing, prompt service from respectful employees, and a neat program you can sign up for (optional) where one pays regular service fee during weekend and holiday pricing schedule, when needed emergently. So pleased!
