They came much sooner than expected, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way so I wasn't surprised. My problem was diagnosed right away and was fixed within about half an hour. I was so glad that they were able to come right out the same day and fix it same day too. Pricing was explained along the way in clear detail and I was never pushed to purchase anything I didn't need. I am very happy with this company!

This company was great to work with! I had an outrageous quote from another company so I called North Texas heating and air. They sent a technician the next day who was knowledgeable and helped fix the problem for thousands cheaper than the other guy.
I highly recommend North Texas heating for all of your heating and air conditioning needs! They are honest and won't rip you off!
I will definitely call them again should the need arise.

2022: Billy V. was very helpful and knowledgeable. My parts were covered under warranty and he explained the cost difference if I wanted it fixed the same day with parts he had or the cost if I waited. He said it would take a few days for the part to arrive. I chose to wait, and to my surprise, they had the part and he arrived the next day to fix it. He was fast and very professional.

2021: Buddy was very professional and fixed the problem that needed fixing. He fixed it correctly instead of trying to take the easy way out and glue it.

Alfonso was EARLY to my appointment, efficient, courteous, and very professional. He walked me thru everything he inspected, and let me know if there were any concerns he had. I am now set up for a fall & spring inspection, and can't wait to use them again. Matt also called to check in, and make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks so much y'all!! HIGHLY recommended!!
