Tech Chris expertly solved a couple of minor problems with my system. I've owned several rent houses over the years. These guys aren't the cheapest, but they are a *very* well organized company. I passed the good word onto NextDoor. Will use them again.

We called first thing this morning due to our air conditioner blowing air but not cooling. Oscar arrived in the afternoon and quickly determined the problem and had it fixed in no time. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Thanks very much! We are thankful to once again have a cool house.

I was charged $224 for an A/C repair that was caused by a technician not cleaning the condensate drain pipe during an April 11,2023 routine service.
I asked the technician if the pipe needed to be cleaned and he told me it didn’t.

Caleb quickly responded to my concern. He apologized and provided a refund.

I took out a warranty to do a spring and fall service on my unit. This is the first time that the staff was unable to get me a shorter window of time. I was told the HVAC man would come between 8 am and 4:00 pm. In the past they have always given me a 4 hour window. No one wants to wait all day (8 hrs). Lucky for me, I was the first customer, but had no way of knowing that in advance.

I had Paschal AP & E service our new HVAC system. Tech Bobby Campbell completed the task in a very professional and thorough manner. I was very pleased with the
service he provided. Should I need to have additional serviceing on other units i would no hesitate to call Paschal!

The technician Don was wonderful and explained exactly what needed to be addressed. He also gave me several hints on how to keep me AC unit running smoothly. We also both looked at the duct work in the attic to see if repairs were needed which they were. Very prompt I called at 7pm after hours and got a call the next morning at 8am and Don came at 11

My tech was very professional and explained everything to me during the whole process of the evaluation of my HVAC system. He found and solved the problem quickly and efficiently and only charged me a reasonable trip fee. I will definitely call them again.

Very pleased with the service and professionalism that I received from Jorge and the other technicians who installed my HVAC system. The experience from the appointment setters, service tech, salesperson, to installation techs was very positive. I am a legacy Walker customer so my expectations were high and Paschal exceeded them.
