We have been using Big Bear A/C & Heating since its very early days when it was a one-man shop. Diel doesn't oversell, and kept our A/C unit running long past our neighbor's similar (garbage) units that were put in when our neighborhood was built. As the company has expanded, we've found any technician that has come out to be timely, knowledgeable & offer us options - not just replacement. Pricing is reasonable & fair - but more importantly - I know can trust them. Highly recommend.

Our a/c stopped working. I called at 9:30 and a technician (his name was Ezequiel and he was awesome!) was at the house by 11:15. We needed a new blower. He left and was back at 3:30 with the new blower. Our a/c was back on by 4:30. Pricing was reasonable and we received a discount since we are seniors. We definitely recommend this company.

Our AC was not cooling so we called the home warranty company. They would be happy to help and would send someone on Monday - it was Friday in July in Texas....that will not get it. I reached out to my neighborhood FB page and Big Bear was recommended so I called. The call was around noon on Friday and by 1:30 a technician was at the house and shortly after we were cool again. Great service, fair price and we will for sure recommend and use again should the need arise. Thank you Big Bear!

If you're looking for an honest and reputable a/c company, look no further! Big Bear is amazing. They are upfront, honest and do quality work. He arrived early, wore shoe protectors, explained everything and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. It's awesome to find ethical, local business owners to support and recommend!

Big Bear recently installed an entirely new heating and air conditioning system in my house. I chose the company for several reasons. Their price was competitive, their representative was professional, and their warranty. The initial representative set a time to be at the house and he was on time. When the mechanics arrived to perform the work, they were prompt and efficient. The entire project was completed in one day. I am more than happy with Big Bear.

The scheduling of preventative maintenance was easy & our technician was great. We had asked to get a call 30 min ahead, so I could leave work & meet him at the house. He was not only on time but called promptly & gave me a little extra time to get home. No problems found & better yet, he didn't make me feel like he was coming up with problems that we could be billed for.

Just checked ac and blew air in pipe.and that was higher than the vist what a rip off

Diel was very professional and was timely on his arrival. He was very thorough in explaining what was needing to be done and also helped us identify an incorrectly installed thermostat issue that a previous AC technician from a different company had done. He also fixed our heating issue in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Big Bear Air!
