Came in to our home and serviced the air that we bought from Pascal.Was very nice gentlemen and told my husband and I about the filter doesn't have to be changed till fall. Once a year. Very honest person.

Got same day service for a water heater issue. David was super friendly and informative. Called at 8:30 am, he was done by 1:00 in the afternoon.

Alex worked well past dark to ensure that my family’s AC would finally work for the first time in a week. He was kind, professional, and quickly became my daughter’s new friend. 10/10 would recommend!

3 hours after service person was here unit is not working again. I called Paschal and the earliest that I can get someone to check out was is Thursday morning. Today is Saturday. I will be going out of town noon tomorrow and will not be back in town till Thursday. If I was going in be in town than Tuesday would have worked.
So be aware that they will let you hanging. They can ask for a review but not back their service.

Alex came out to diagnose our HVAC cooling issue and immediately was able to diagnose the issue and gave multiple options to resolve. Very knowledgeable and was very friendly. Definitely recommend him!!

Kevin and Marvin were fantastic with the service. They gave suggestions of what might be happening and kept us in the loop the whole time of what was going on. They explained what the problem was and what they did to fix. They were here for 3 hours and got us fixed up! Really appreciate their support!

Robert did a great job both times he was at our house! If he is your service tech you are in GREAT hands! Temp today is 95 degrees and our ac / thermostat are running great!

Technician was courteous, on time, knowledgeable and thorough. He took pics of the system and explained what he saw and what he recommended. He was very honest. He did not try to upsell. I signed up for yearly maintenance because I was happy with this service.
