If your using them for warranty purposes then they care very little about the issue. In fairness they never serviced my home as they were 5-6 days out from even coming to diagnose the issue, it's 100+F......

If I was willing to not use our warranty they would have serviced the home next day....

Was very impressed with the timely response and repair of our AC during a very critical time. Will definitely recommend to others who need their services!

I was going to write a negative review but appears as thought you just bash people that do.

People should just know that this company is not professional to work with and I would not recommend them.

Edited based on your comments to add:

It drives me crazy that people in the service industry such as yourself somehow feel like your time/life is more important than others and demand you stay at at home for greater than 4hrs in hopes of someone actually showing up and fixing the problem. For most professional industries, this is simply unacceptable.

Secondly when I was called, by your office I informed your staff that I would have a representative there to let you into the home and that I would be available for any questions.

If fact you called me while you were in my driveway, at that time I stated that the representative would be right there and you said “oh she’s pulling in”. I said good deal she will let you in and I discussed with you over the phone the problem we are having. You said “ok, I’ll take a look”. I said great please call me back if you have any problems or questions. You said “ok will do”. I was told by the person assisting you in that soon, within seconds actually, after coming in you became angry and frustrated” And said you would not do the work because you demand for the homeowner to be present” she said “call her”, dialed my number and put me on the phone. I then heard you say “I don’t have time for this shit” as you walked out the door. I proceeded to text you and tell you the answers to all the questions you had, but you still chose the leave the job site being aggressive and belligerent.

Now, Let’s assume for a second that perhaps the job that I do maybe more important than staying at my home waiting on you for 4 hrs and may involve the delicate lives of people or even people that you know. Imagine how they would feel if I said, I’m sorry your sick or that your loved ones dying but my HVAC guy is demanding that I sit at home waiting on him for 4 hrs. How do you think that works?

Please just for one second consider someone other than yourself and understand that most people do their best to meet your demands and so did I.

I just happen to have a job that requires that I always put others first. Irrespective of the fact that my own family and children are sweating, hot and unable to sleep at night and it’s uncomfortable to even be in the home. I continue to work, not eat, not sleep, not pee, not relax, etc. I just go on and do my job because that’s what I do.

All I was trying to do was find a way that I could get our HVAC fixed without denying or delaying my job or services that I provide to other individuals at delicate times of their life.

I hope for your sake that you never require my urgent services. But, nonetheless if you did I will take care of you because that’s what I do. And that’s what it means to care about people and be in the true service industry.

All the best in your business.

Update:

Another AC company came out to look at out unit. Reported that you left the top of covers and caps off the unit. Indication of you leaving a job 1/4 of the way done.

Also, stated that it was up to date on maintenance but needed a new compressor unit. He was quick, timely, nice and professional. Made no demands.

I’m thankful there are better and more professional HVAC companies than yours.

Showed up 2 hours late and didn't do much diagnosis because the crawl space was tight. Suggested a very expensive fiz, basically overhauling the entire HVAC system. I was able to crawl in, find the leaking vent, and temporarily patch before permanently fixing. Still paid a home warranty copay. Nice guys though.

These guys know there stuff and are good about making sure you're spending money on what matters. In a world where everyone is constantly upselling, these guys did a great job of helping educate me on the value of service and what was needed vs what wasn't to help me make an educated decision. THANK YOU!

The service from scheduling to keeping us updated on the time our tech would be there to the tech that arrived was all superb! I’d highly recommend and I myself will continue to use this company!!! Great experience all the way around!

Not happy. He came by 2 weeks ago, said the fan motor was out, would be min $400 to fix. I Called someone for a second opinion. It was really a compression coil that cost $30. We went 2 weeks without heat, in winter because we were waiting on this guy's estimate. The second company found and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. I Will never call Air of the Ozarks again.
