This company is a total waste of time. DO NOT USE! When the technician, who was the owner, arrived at our home. He had to use the bathroom before he could do anything. I’ve never had a service provider use our bathroom before and know it’s against most companies policies. This visit they stated we were out of freon. There was no Freon on the truck so he had to go back and submit a work order. Once approved, about a month later, the next guy comes out and says it’s not a Freon issue and that the compressor is unplugged! Again, unable to complete the job without getting approval. I’m now going on 5 weeks with no AC. These guys have no idea what they are doing.

Rick was most helpful! He explained the problem with our system and the options to fix it. The repair was completed quickly AND it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! I HIGHLY recommend Air of the Ozarks!! They’re awesome!!!

Serviced my HVAC systems several times in the last year. Before Air, I tried a few other companies in the area but none of them seemed to be able to solve recurring issues with my heat pump. Pricing seems relatively high per visit. However, hiring cheaper companies who don’t fix it right just resulted in repeat visits and additional expenses.

Rick was on time and completed the necessary inspection in a timely manner. He then offered me options for a solution which were thoroughly explained. Completion of the necessary maintenance to be completed within required timeline.
