Rick and his crew are great to work with. This goes down to the office staff as well! Everyone is very friendly and professional. We had our unit installed by another company and they really messed things up. Rick and his team took the time to find everything that was wrong and repaired everything in a timely manner. They even made sure we were up and working before the cold fronts we had in November and December. I can’t expressed how grateful we are for Air of the Ozarks and look forward to our continued service with them!

Air of the Ozarks has done a great job maintaining the HVAC system in my house for at least 3 years now. They are always friendly and responsive and they do great work!

Rick was amazing! Our office was super busy this morning, and he came in without disrupting our morning fixed our issues within an hour. We had no A/C working and before 9 AM we were up and running again. He was super efficient, kind, and knowledgeable.
