Air of the Ozarks

Air of the Ozarks just completed a complete replacement of our HVAC system. It was discovered our old system had a refrigerant leak and needed to be replaced since the refrigerant was no longer being manufactured. I appreciated the hands-on approach to discussing options so questions could be clarified immediately. A variety of options were given and we chose to replace the entire system vs a switch over to a different refrigerant.
They immediately began the process of securing the appropriate products in the midst of obvious supply chain issues. They even returned one item that was damaged when received and demanding a new unit.
Once the hardware was received they showed up as scheduled and completed the job timely.
I highly recommend Air of the Ozarks for all your HVAC needs.

Highly recommend Air of the Ozark, they provided a value quote, delivered on their comment. What I appreciated most was that they listened to what we wanted and adjusted the plan to meet our expectations. We are very happy with the 4 Ton, 4 Head Mini Split system they recommend and installed.

I just want to say a few things about Air of the Ozarks.First let me say that i dont think that this company can be beat. I have never in my life have had the most kindest sweetest polite young man with with the most respect and professionalism. The Gentleman arrived on time and greeted me with a big smile and shook my hand and introduced him self and let me no that he was here to install our AC unit. Second from the time he arrived until he got in his company Truck he was just so pleasant and also told me if i needed anything at all please don't hesitate to call the office and they would be on it. I Don't know if any of you have ever used Air of the Ozarks but if you have then you already know what im talking about and if you haven't then you really might want to write this company name down .I would highly recommend this company to everyone for all there heating and Air needs. They are very reasonable reliable and Honest they did exactly what they said that they were going to do and did it .There were no if's or but's about it.Sadly but true in todays world its hard to find Someone who will do exactly what a person wants with O complications and problems. For my family we will from here on out be calling Air of the Ozarks! And also A huge Thank You for The owners Mr.Mrs.Zink who are probably two of the sweetest folks ive ever Met. ❤

Rick and his guys from Air of the Ozarks have helped me out on two different properties. One was a new ductwork install for dryers/bathroom fans, the other was AC repair. I'm really happy with the service, felt it was good value, good craftsmanship, fast turnaround. I will definitely use again and would recommend to anybody with HVAC or ducting needs.

Air of the Ozarks was the preferred provider of a warranty services company. They came to my home and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were limited in what they could do on a timely basis because of their contract with 2-10 Home Warranty. The repair ultimately took over three weeks but they communicated effectively throughout the debacle (caused by the warranty company ordering parts from Texas and a defective part being delivered from the supplier initially).

When they were unconstrained by the warranty company, they were superior in restoring heat to my home.

Replaced our sir conditioning/heating system. Very polite professional caring and cared about everything in our home including our animals. Provided options for financing which we used and it was fast and efficient on the net. Will definitely use again if we have to and are telling everyone about them. Very very pleased

Very attentive to our needs. No matter the technician that comes out, the questions we have get answered.

First experience with Air of the Ozarks yesterday and i was very impressed. Rick checked out the system and made sure we were all ready for the winter. He provided some crystal clear recommendations to keep it in tip top shape, but advised no work was needed just yet and we would revisit those issues in the spring. Rick took lots of time to explain his findings, his recommendations, and the price for the tune up was INCREDIBLY competitive.
