Truly phenomenal customer service! They were fast to respond with repairs on our old unit, quotes for the new one, and getting it installed within days of us picking one. They registered our warranty. They're already letting us know they'll be out for preventative maintenance soon. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Rick showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful. He talked with me and asked questions to make sure he could accurately diagnose the problem, and insisted that I keep in contact with them to make sure that the problem was actually fixed. While some companies might cut corners and do the down and dirty job (especially on a home warranty claim), he took the time to try to get to the bottom of the problem and assured me that if this fix didn't do it, he'd figure out what had to be done to fix it. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend.

Air of the Ozarks was one of three bids we received to replace a failing heat pump system. Rick came to the house, spent a great deal of time looking at the existing system and determining the best and most logical way to go; I spent the winter cold and wanted a system that would be effective. We are very happy!! He recommended moving the air return (made a huge difference!) and moving the heat pump to the attic. His bid was reasonable and it listed everything that would be used and done. We did not get the same response from the other two.
Rick, Jack and Mike worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old, relocate what needed to be relocated, and install our new York system. They were careful and considerate (they were cutting holes for the new air returns) and very professional. Make a wise decision and call Rick for any heating and air needs! We have decided their motto should be "we aim to please" and they do!!

Rick went out his way to install a AC unit he had on hand while we waited for a part (which was not his fault and carrier delayed the part) for our unit to be repaired. He explained everything in detail what needs to be repaired. Instead having to pay for. New system our AC is up and and running again.

Air of the Ozarks were professional, prompt and friendly. The office staff were very nice and got a tech out to me in a timely manor. I received several text updates letting me know when he would arrive, which was very helpful in planning my day. Our tech, Justin, went the extra mile and took the time to explain to me what he was doing so I understood exactly what was being fixed and why and his rates were very fair. If you need HVAC service I highly recommend these guys.

Rick and his team at Air of the Ozarks are true professionals. They installed our HVAC unit (heat pump) in our new home in 2020/21. We were the General Contractors and Rick took time to work through every aspect. From the right unit, to the placement of duct work, returns and vents. Rick and his team even fabricated metal insulated duct work when a design flaw in our framing was noticed. They found a solution that saved us an ugly eye sore in our main living area by custom building duct work. That professionalism and skill allowed us to keep the look in our main living area and we are so thankful.

Air of the Ozarks is prompt and their service is great. Our unit has dual smart thermostats and 2 sensors for regulating temperature in our home which has 20' ceilings and large open spaces. Rick has personally taken the time to check the unit each of the past 4 weather seasons to "dial in" the unit. This has saved on energy costs and has given us a comfortable home. At 3,000 sq/ft of heated and cooled space we've seen middle of summer electric bills that were lower than when we were renting an 1,100 sq/ft duplex.

I highly recommend Air of the Ozarks. Very professional and they stand behind their work. If there's anything that is not functioning correctly or if you're like me and just need help setting all the new smart functionality of an HVAC wifi system, they are there to be sure you're satisfied!
