Air of the Ozarks was fantastic. They are very responsive and were able to work me into their schedule the day of. Rick was my technician. He was super knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely use them in the future for any of my HVAC needs!

Rick was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything step by step and got our heat back on; with cold temperatures coming fast I'd recommend calling with all your hvac needs.

They were quick to work me in for a repair to my AC. They did a great job keeping me informed by phone and text as to their exact arrival time, which I appreciated very much! Their fees were reasonable and they did a professional job. I would definitely recommend.

Rick is always professional and informative. He checks everything dealing with my unit to make sure it is running properly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I love the text messages I receive letting me know when he is on his way so I am not wondering when he will arrive. And Jessica is always a pleasure to talk to.

Air of the Ozarks was the best HVAC service I have ever used. Rick is a very knowledgeable expert in the field and helped me with understanding exactly what needed to be done. The crew was wonderful and respected my house and family as they worked on my mini split that needed to be installed. Jack is a very nice man and the apprentice Jordan was also very quick about helping.

Rick, the owner, and his entire staff were phenomenal to work with for a new mini split system installation. Very trust worthy and conscientious. I highly recommend them for any new installations, repairs or service.

Rick is disrespectful, dishonest and bigoted. Don’t use their services if you are black, latino, a woman, or LGBTQ+.

Basically, unless you are a straight white man, do not use them. And if you HAVE TO use them, make sure you ask for «Anyone except Rick»
