Kramer & Company Mechanical

We have had a few weeks of a strange smell. I finally called and used this group from a neighbors recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. Tom was absolutely wonderful, and even the office staff and other plumbers I spoke to were super kind about our situation and helpful. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Our master bath toilet was replaced and the waterline from the previous one was too short for the new one. Tim reset the seal, tightened all the screws, put the new line in and voila! It works great!

I had a huge leak in my main water line. Kramer & Company replaced my entire water line going into the house. After being without water for nearly six weeks because I could not get a plumbing contractor to do the job--I stumbled across Kramer. I'm so glad I did! They were fair with their price, and they did an outstanding job! Not to mention, they started my job immediately and finished fast. They had all the big equipment to trench nearly 250 feet of water line. I'm highly impressed and highly recommend them for any plumbing work you may need. Specifically--Derek was fantastic! Thanks again, Derek and Kramer & Company. We now have water!!

The tech that was sent out did a fantastic job. I had a clogged drain in my AC unit drain pan and he fixed the issue without trying to upsell me on repairs or equipment that weren't needed.

Everyone else was telling me, oh we will put you on the list sometime next week. I called Kramer at 8 a.m. They showed up about 2pm ( they tried to come at noon but I wasn't home) they had my hot water heater fixed in about 1 hour. At about 1/3 of the price I thought it was going to cost. I talked to Mike Kramer in the morning. He's the one that scheduled the repair. He sent his guy John over really courteous and polite professional and efficient I cannot recommend this company enough. I've already made a recommendation to my daughter. And I recommend them to you.

Great service! Professional! Reasonable priced! On time! I was having a hard time getting someone to help and Kramer & Co answered my call and came to fix the problem. I definitely will use them again if needed.

We have called on the professional experience of Kramer & Company on several occasions and have always been very pleased. From scheduling an appointment to the follow-up, every individual we've encountered has been knowledgeable, professional and expressed concern work is completed in a timely manner, is done correctly and meets or exceeds our expectations. Josh and Shawn have been great! They identify any problem(s), explain the work being done and offer any necessary follow-up advice. They each deserve an A+.

Worked on our In Floor Heat boiler and did a great job. So hard to find someone who knows what they are doing.

While its been some time since I worked with Kramer & Co Mechanical in July 2020, their HVAC repair has held up extremely well. They were able to quickly and fully diagnose the issue (which another HVAC company was unable to do), then proceeded to do a very thorough repair. I highly recommend working with them to anyone who needs HVAC help.

We had a leak in the waterline from the Main valve to our home. Mike recommended a leak detection service which was able to locate the leak. After fixing 2 leaks we decided to run a new line. Kramer & Co. did an outstanding job suggesting the best possible solution and with the installation. We were delighted with quick fix and reasonable price. I highly recommend Kramer and Co.
