They took my talk at 0530 in the morning. Was able to talk to someone for further assistance, but was ultimately not needed when my plumbing problem was resolved on its own. (Pipes thawed). Exchanged text messages, was prompt with their responses. If I ever need help again, these guys are my first choice. Thank you.

I asked specifically about a slab leak detecting and I was told they would do it. The charge was for $550 and Joey came with a wrench, walked about the kitchen and the water meter for about half an hour only to mention “ you need to change the faucet and need a leak detector with gas to find if it is under the slab, it will cost you about $800 more”.
Extremely disappointed!!! EXTREMELY!!! $550 in the garbage😤😤😤

We had a water pipe burst on Christmas day. Was very difficult to get someone out to fix it with it being the holiday and the increase of repairs needing to be made with the frozen temperatures. Pettry was quick to respond and get us taken care of
