I so appreciate you guys getting to us so quickly when we had an emergency leak. I didn’t get the man’s name, as I had to leave and my family member stayed. But he was so amazing. Thank you so much!

We appreciated Cory coming out and fixing our water heater leaks and his explination as to why one part needed to be replaced. We'll continue to use Kramer & Co.

Yesterday Josh came out with a plumbing problem and toilets backed up. He traced it to the septic system and I was worried since our neighbors have had major flooding of their leach fields and will be replacing their septic systems. Thankfully ours was just a simple issue and Josh cleared it out with no further problems. We continue to give Kramer & Co. 5 stars. Thanks.

We had Kramer & Company do several plumbing jobs relating to some renovations to our 25 year old house. They replaced our bathroom faucets, ice maker line valve, and water heater, installed a kitchen sink and a water pressure gauge, then repaired a leak in our outdoor water line. My wife was very comfortable with their professionalism, and they proved to be dependable, prompt, and trustworthy. Most impressive is the fact that they have stood by their work when there were issues that needed further correction. I highly recommend Kramer & Company for your plumbing needs.

Had to call a plumber to try to fix some noisy pipes. Entered a work request on the Kramer website on Sunday and someone called me the next day to schedule a time. Mike Kramer showed up within the quoted time and investigated the issue. Because the pipes were not accessible he explained that if it were him he would wait to see if the problem persisted as the resolution would require construction to access the problem. He was clear and informative about the issues and possible resolution.

He only charged for the Service Call and no Hourly Rate even though he spent a good amount of time researching the issue.

Will definitely call them in the future if the need arises.

Came out when they were scheduled and went to get the correct parts right away to make the repair. Professional and reliable.

Sean was heating specialist. He was excellent and very professional. He explained what he checked and was courteous.

These folks respond and performed top quality work to resolve all needs. They did 2 weeks work in one week doing a double shift for all our drainage needs and responded to a water leak in one day. Kramer & company are top notch.

Had a gas leak when trying to hook up new stove. Timothy did a marvelous job in finding leak and fixing. He was extremely professional very courteous. Can't say enough about the job he did.
