Kramer & Company Mechanical

We are currently renovating our whole master bathroom. While working on our bathtub drain, Mike Kramer's plumber ran into a very nasty problem that could have proven very costly to us. Mike stopped by our house 1st thing the next morning and his guys worked all day to fix the problem.

If Kramer couldn't fix the problem as quickly and efficiently as they did then our remodeling schedule and budget would have been blown out of the water. We're really glad we hired Kramer & crew and highly recommend them to all.

Mike and his team are top notch. Called them in a pinch when our A/C gave out the night before we were expecting company for the weekend. Our tech, Josh, was prompt, professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. This was our second time hiring Kramer & Co; they are consistently honest and excellent. Highly recommend!

Kramer Plumbing has replumbed to install a new sink and Lines in one of our old bedrooms (converting the room into a new art studio for Laura), and they did Great Work. Bonus was they found and ‘chased out’ other small problems I had that had been bothering me. Really Appreciate the Helpful Professional and Respectful people they have!

I had a leak on the main water line between my house and water main and called Kramer & co. The plumber that came out to my house was Will and he did an amazing job, hardworking and professional! Will worked digging to the line in the pouring rain and got the leak fixed in a timely manner. I will use Kramer & co for any of my future plumbing needs as the pricing was reasonable and they did the job right! Thank you!!!

Kramer & Company Mechanical is the best! They came as soon as possible to our aid,and they had the problem fixed in a few hours. The work included removal of a water heater that had "blown its top," and installation of a new one. Their work is stellar! We recommend them highly, and if we ever have a plumbing problem we will call them, for sure!

Josh came the same day I called and did a fantastic job! He was really nice, friendly and easy to talk to. And was very knowledgeable on what he was doing and even showed me how to fix the problem if it ever occurs again.

We found out the HVAC system in our house was not installed correctly and the bathroom and kitchen exhausts were not properly vented. A Kramer technician inspected the furnaces and correctly diagnosed the root causes and recommended a rework and proper venting. Their HVAC team showed up on time as scheduled and completed the work efficiently. The men were conscientious and courteous. I usually don't complete surveys, so this is an exception. Kramer Mechanical gets 5 stars.

Our furnace failed to operate on a recent cold Saturday morning. I began calling heating contractors for help. Kramer was the only one that answered the phone by a live person. After listing to my story, I was told that a technician would call to schedule a time to come out today. A technician, Shawn did call within the hour and he arrived at my home by 9:30 am. Shawn diagnosed our problem and got the furnace working within an hour. I recommend Kramer & Company to others for your plumbing and H&AC needs. Thanks Shawn.
