Jim's Old Fashion Service

This review is long overdue. I have been using Jim’s Old Fashion since 2019 when we got into NWA. I have several multi family, commercial, and warehouse properties spread out from Prairie Grove to Bentonville. Having used a couple of other companies before finding Matt, I was impressed and relieved at the same time. They are service orientated, fast, fair, and good at everything we have thrown at them. I could not ask for a better HVAC company, especially when it comes to being responsive and doing what they say they will do, which is super important when you are responsible for your tenants. Thank you Matt and the entire team at Jim’s Old Fashion and thanks for putting up with our late and last minute calls and always coming through even when, and especially, when it’s urgent. I do and always will recommend this company to anyone I know.

Two technicians were disbursed and arrived on time the next day after my call. Within 5 minutes, the diagnosis was complete and the issue identified. I approved the implementation of a new part (they had on hand) because of the price. Problem solved; 5-year warranty (for that part). I have used Jim's in the past years ago, with similar results. Great, knowledgable company.

Let me start by saying that out of 3 local companies I called Jim's Old Fashion Service was the only company that was willing to fit me into their existing schedule and do the same day after-hours repair. Everyone else was 1 to 2 weeks out and couldn't help me.

Matt and Ryan not only showed up the same day…. but 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled. These guys are AWESOME! They were able to quickly diagnose my AC problem and get me back up and running in no time.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of this crew. Lifetime customer for sure!!

Ya know, Jerry is a great knowledgeable technician, and I really wanted to use a local small business ,but he just ghosted me. I really wish he would have just said he didnt need the business, or didn't
like us, or whatever. He gave me a verbal rough estimate for work that he recommended to improve our ac performances, then we never heard from him again. After trying to repeatedly contact them I've given up.

I recently had Jims Old Fashion Service repair my American Standard AC unit and they did such a good job. They went above and beyond to work with my warranty to make sure I could get reimbursed after the fact (most companies won't do this) and even though it was a bit more difficult for them they were very professional the entire time. They were friendly, they were as fast as they could be given the wait for parts in the high demand time we're in. I would use them again and recommend them to anybody. Great job!

These guys are awesome. Jared is super professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me a quick and easy quote on a new AC after my 22 years old unit for a very reasonable price and got it installed . Will continue using these guys for all my HVAC needs.

Excellent service! Ryan arrived on time and was ready to help. Ryan troubleshot the problems with my HVAC and had my HVAC back to heating my home in less than 30 minutes. We have used Jim's Old Fashion for the past few year. They have been prompt with service call's and always been more than fair on their charges. Their service technicians are always very pleasant and professional. We had them install our unit, American Standard with the service and quality of the unit very good.

Had an AC problem on a realtively new heat pump system. Ryan and Matt quickly identified the problem, and provided an honest assessment, with a cost effective fix for the issue. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They were on time, friendly, honest, and professional!
