Mike Krammer and team are awesome! Technicians Richard, Ricky and Katie did an amazing job installing a gas line for a gas stove and in the process found HVAC duct work that needed corrected and fixed at no charge. Big thanks to Krammer and Co.!

When heating season arrived, the furnace side of the HVAC system Kramer and Co. installed last August had a problem. Their response was immediate and thorough and our home is toasty. No worries this winter.

Kramer has always done a great job repairing our 20 year old furnace and air conditioners. They just completed an install of new units. Thanks for the great work.

The technician schedule could be working out better. The first technician came didn't bring all his tools to troubleshoot the A/C problem despite I called in and specifically mentioned the issue. It was a waste of time for me to have waiting few hours at home for him to show up and not able to get the A/C working so have to reschedule another time and wait for a different guy to come.

My ac unit was low on freon the tech put 8lbs in it when it need 5lbs. He then charged me the extra hour he spent trying to figure out his own mistake, I later realized he didn't even put my unit back together but just set several screws on my grill outside an the valve cover cap. He told my wife than water in the ac pan is normal even tho everywhere else says it indicates a problem. After he left I found that my main line was plugged then my pan problem went away, he also did no bother to seal up the service door with hvac tape an left it with a huge open gap. He was not worth 80 dollars an hour, my wife delt with him while I was at work or he would have not been paid for the time he spent corrected his own error.

Their service was fast, reasonable and professional. They helped me understand what was needed. Quick resolution, I'm totally pleased,.

Sean and Josh did a great job of trouble-shooting our furnace problem and hopefully we'll be able to cut our electric bill. These guys are so knowledgeable and professional!
