They also use technology to notify you via text when your service appointment has been scheduled, when your technician is en route, when the work is completed, and how to pay. We're very happy customers and will continue to call on Air of the Ozarks.

We had made the discovery this very warm Spring week that our A/C wasn't cooling as it should. We called our home warranty and Air of the Ozarks came out the very next day! Rick took a look at our unit and found that it was low on the refrigerant agent so filled it up. He explained in detail we may have a leak or need a part replaced ( & keep an eye on it to make sure it's doing it's job!). He made sure that I understood how everything would work with our home warranty in case of other events with the unit. Very friendly, great customer service, could not have asked for more!

Air of Ozarks replaced our entire HVAC in 2020 including the duct work in my older home. Everyone we met was professional and courteous and we have been pleased with the results. We will continue to call them for checkups and maintenance as needed.
