    The Technician, Ferrio, came to my home at about 6:45 because my condensing unit was not operating. He had it up and running in about an hour. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

    They were very prompt on calling me back, and I got and appointment soon as one was available. The technician were very knowledgeable and friendly. I have used them twice and I have been pleased each time. I would highly recommend them.

    We had an old unit that was replaced by Middleton. With the 0% interest offer they turned out to be the best deal out of the 5 other quotes we were given by other HVAC companies. Brent was nice and helped us find the unit that would work best for us.
    The day of the install came and wasn’t the smoothest process. We needed a new air handler stand, due to the return air being moved from its original location. The stand wasn’t ready until several hours of sitting around and waiting. Then the stand had to be hammered together by hand. There was sharp edges all over. You would think the sheet metal shop could have put it together and it would have looked cleaner. There were a lot of other hang ups that the installers ran into, but they got the unit installed.
    After the the install wasn’t happy. Everything looked sloppy. With the unit being in my laundry room and not enclosed, it was such an eye sore. I would have given 3 stars overall, had that been the end of it.
    After I let them know of the issues, they sent someone out to correct them in a timely manner. It luckily turn out to be a very minor inconvenience. Everything looks great now and runs amazingly well. I would give 5 stars for customer service and quick response to the issues, so it’s an easy 4 star overall.

    I have used Middleton exclusively for my heating and air conditioning since I moved to Bryant in 2007. They have made repairs, replaced the unit and replaced the thermostat. For several years I have also used their maintenance contract. Today was the inspection of my air conditioning unit and the reason I will be ending my 12+ year use of this business. Firstly , the technician was not wearing a face mask or gloves, even though the company had sent emails claiming that they cared about the safety of their employees and their customers.. Then he tried to sell me something immediately. He also left the back gate open after he had used the water spigot in the back yard. Luckily I checked it before I let my dogs out. But the main reason that I will never again use Middleton is the fact that they would not honor a warranty that was only 3 days out of date. Two years ago, I was talked into purchasing a Reme Halo UV light to improve air quality. I have a number of allergies and thought that such a system might help with the allergies. I could never tell a difference in my allergies or in the air quality. The cell is warrantied for 2 years; it was installed on 4/10/2018 at a cost of more than $1000. Today the technician found it to not be working. But since the warranty had expired, they would not agree to replace the cell at no cost. I'm guessing that the cell has not been working for more than 3 days, but the fact that they would not honor the warranty when it was so few days out of date (and I had made the appointment for today more than a month ago) suggests to me that they really don't care about their customers. If a company doesn't care about me and my 12+ year association with them, I will find a company that will care.

    UPDATE: Apparently, it took a little over 1 month for someone from Middleton to read my review. Out of the blue last week, I got a call requesting feedback on a service call. They apologized for the situation and left it up to me whether or not I wanted a replacement for the Reme Halo. I did request the replacement, and it was replaced at no charge this morning. I increased my rating to 3 stars, because I'm still a little upset that it was a hassle to get this resolved, but at least they did make good on the warranty. I'm also not sure if I'll use them again in the future.

    Had a new heat pump installed, to make a long story short I had a serious question and not a complaint. I called 4 times to speak to supervisor or Mr. Middleton and no one every called me back. Sad you spend several thousand dollars with a company and they will not call you back. Mr. Middleton you did not “take care of that”.

    The Techs are fantastic they do a great Job, Mr G Wad*** needs to take some sensitivity training. I have been in business for a great many years and i have never came across someone so rude and obnoxious. But overall Middleton is a good outfit with great people, that do fantastic work.

    Our Heat Pump Outside unit went out at the beginning of a severe cold weather event. Middleton responded within hours and replaced the unit with a new one. Tim G. and Taylor did an excellent job while enduring 28 deg weather. We have been their customer since 1996 and always had positive experiences.

    Charlie was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He was very respectful of the property and was mindful of the pandemic protocol. We have used Middleton's several times and are very satisfied with their work and the servicemen.

    Have used Middleton services for 10 years. They have always been reliable and prompt to respond to both seasonal maintenance and emergency repair services. That is especially appreciated when the AC breaks down on a hot Sunday in August. Their technicians are knowledgeable and curtious. Their service charges are reasonable and comparable to competitor's prices.
