Middleton Heat & Air

I have been using Middleton for many years and for three different houses. That is because the office staff is so
polite, easy to work with and down home friendly. The technicians are always clean (at least before they had to work on some of my projects), very professional, courteous and thorough. I will continue to use them without any reservations.

Middleton heat and air is always prompt to take care of my issues. Customer service is very nice and I do not ever regret calling them. The technicians have great manors and are very polite. Middleton heat and air is always there to save the day for me!

About 1 AM our heating unit would not stop running and was putting out cool air instead of hot. We called Middleton's and a nice young man came to our home in the WEE MORNING HOURS. He made the necessary repairs and all the while maintained a smile visibly showing through his mask. I couldn't ask for better service that our family receives from Middleton's.

Middleton is always perfect for me. They will inspect and make recommendations. They do a great job of cleaning and inspecting the heating and cooling unit. They flush out the condensation lines, and they provide new air filters (twice a year). The service actually pays for itself. I would highly recommend Middleton for your heating and cooling needs.

The service tech was very thorough and talked to us about a filter for our heat pump. We opted not to have one installed that day but to think more and research a bit. After discussing we decided to proceed with the installation. We hoped he could return on the same day, but did not expect him to actually be able to install the unit. Not only did he return, but was able to install the unit all on the same day. No complaints, no comments that he needed to get home. He was friendly and professional the entire time.

I have always had good experiences with Middleton… today they installed a new ac/ heat unit and thanks to Joe, Brendon, Taylor, J P, all is well. They were very considerate and professional! Thanks guys for all you did for me! 😊

I have been using Middleton for several years now for yearly service and maintenance. They have ALWAYS been courteous and professional. Recently had a new AC unit installed. It was done in timely manner. They left my house and yard as clean as it was when they arrived. Jason and Caleb did a great job!

The service rep that handles my units in extremely knowledgeable and well prepared to address any issues that arise. Middleton has been servicing my units since I moved to Arkansas in 2008 - that is a 13 year vote of confidence and a long history of satisfactory results.

Middleton has provided excellent service and followed up timely on all yearly service inspections. They did quality work installing my new A/C unit. They have even taken time to bring by an extra replacement filter for my unit.
