My AC unit went out on a Friday evening, I called Monday morning for a technician to come and look at it....needless to say it was gone and I needed a new AC unit. By Wednesday afternoon I had a new unit and furnace all for a good price! A special Thanks to Jeff, Wes, Daniel and Adam for taking care of my needs and going above and beyond! Highly recommend Jones Ac and Heating! Great company and people!

I was charged & I paid $228.21 - The technician had no knowledge of gas log fireplaces and informed me he had no knowledge of gas log fireplaces - it’s something the company started doing (2) years prior - The technician Didn’t properly Diagnose my problem how could he he didn’t even know what he was doing he claimed he could not find the model number but It was attached to the furnace leg he advised me to cover up the hole in the back which I did with fire proof foam but it was needed for ventilation - He never repaired the issue. It still doesn’t work- He came out here (3) different times - he put on a thermocouple that did not resolve it. He charged me for the $80.00 service call $90 for a thermocouple and remaining amount was labor cost but yet I’m in the same exact boat I was in before he came out here. The manager Daniel advised me he was going to send somebody out to put my part back on, take his part, & give me a parcel refund ( I shouldn’t be charged $80 a service call if the the technician has no knowledge of what he’s doing - How can he diagnose anything if he doesn’t know anything )
Yet he never returned my call I called back and was advised he just left. I left A message under the assumption he would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes Also, informing me a technician was scheduled to come out today - no one ever called me back nor showed up - So, I called a 3rd time... Just to find out he left for a (4) day weekend - he’s not going to be back until Tuesday morning because it’s deer season ; the technician decided to do the same! No one ever advised me of anything! I sat here all day, waited for them to come get their part, put my part back on & issue me my refund but they decided to go deer hunting instead!
***Prioritize and remember without customer’s... You will don’t have a profitable business. I hope my experience is a lesson for all and I hope Jones heating and air-conditioning can learn to treat everyone the same with dignity & respect. Have some integrity. It costed them my future business, plus everyone that I refer elsewhere - I now have a different company upgrading my home to Central heat & Air conditioning

These guys have taken care of me for years. They recently completed an install for my parents that was quick and neat at a great price. Over Thanksgiving I noticed a strange sound coming from my Grandparents’ heating unit, Jones will be doing the change out on Wednesday. Will recommend them time and time again!

HVAC problems always occur during holiday weekends, right? Last month the AC went out on our rent house on Labor Day weekend. We called our HVAC service providers, Jones Heating and Air, and they sent someone out right away. It was fixed within an hour or so! The unit just needed a new capacitor, so it was not expensive and a quick repair. We are glad to get such good service, and our tenants are especially grateful. THANKS!

Quick, professional, and friendly. Had the opportunity to work with a technician named Kevin. He was able to come out and diagnose the issue the same day and explain everything as he went. He found the issue but needed to go and order parts and let me know he'd be back the next morning. Morning came and Kevin called to let me know he was delayed at another service call. Not upset at all for that, I understand that things happen, I am just happy he took the time to call and let me know. Thanks again!

Great company, the best part is when they install new systems with Heatstrips they don't run any electric to them so when it gets really cold your family freezes and gets sick. Thankfully 4 different HVAC companies could not figure this out but an electrician friend spotted it in about 2 minutes of looking at the system. Wonderful job thanks for all the great work.....

Grey was my service technician and was very prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable on HVAC. My heat in a new house was not working and it was extremely cold outside! Never fear!!! The red truck guys were here!!! Grey came out and repaired the system "same day" and now i'm back up and running and my wife and daughter are all warm and cozy!

Technician, Kevin, was sent out to service our request. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and shared solution options with me without trying to sell unnecessary services or products. That's a great salesperson and technician. Jones is definitely our go to HVAC service providers.
