Beckham & Jones Heating & Air Conditioning

On September 15, 2022, Beckham & Jones installed a new HVAC system in our home. As everyone knows, AC is a Texas necessity but also a huge expense. My wife and I are retired, living on a fixed income, therefore really careful with our finances. B&J was not the least expensive bid but they were
competitive. We chose them for two reasons. 1) They were recommended by several of our neighbors. And 2) because of B&J's representative Kevin Skains. He was informative, personable, and most importantly, he listened. He was not pushing for a sale, instead acted more as a consultant making recommendation. I felt no pressure with Kevin. Thanks, Kevin! The installation was flawless. All showed up on time and finished in one day. A new return air filter and grate was installed, as well. And incredibly, our house was spotless when they left. They completely picked up after themselves. So while our new HVAC has not been time tested, I have full confidence in this company and can recommend B&J.

My parents had AC issues, in Madisonville, this afternoon. My dad called Beckham and Jones at about 4:50pm. Explained the situation. Needed someone immediately. The doorbell rang about 10 minutes later. Justin was literally around the corner and rushed right over. He got them all lined out. Thank you for amazing service, understanding and kindness. Well done. My folks have used you guys for years. It’s clear you have earned their loyalty for a reason. Well done!

We have had 2 appointments with them. The first one never got placed in the books - the day of the appointment we had to call to see where they were and it was never wrote down from the day before - they squeezed us in as the last appointment of the day due to this resulting in a full day of missed work. We decided to give them another opportunity- big mistake.
The next one they changed our appointment time from 8-10AM to 1-4PM without notifying us. When I contacted them to see where they were is when I found out about the time change. They came highly recommended but have not lived up to their reputation for us.

I called them around 9am and explained what was going on with my a/c. Kelvin was here within the hour, found the issue and fixed it. And the charge was way less than I expected!! I will surely use them in the future and recommend to anyone!!

What a great job this company did on our new home.I will highly recommend them. Their pricing is below average for the quality of their products, and the work performed by their great technicians. Can't say enough good about them. A very well ran company.

This is a very professional group. When our AC went out we called and they were here within an hour. They installed a temporary motor on the unit while they ordered the part. Three days later they made the fix and it works great. Both Gerson and Nelson were knowledgeable and professional AND THEY WORE FACE MASKS THE ENTIRE TIME OUTSIDE IN THE TEXAS HEAT.

Disappointed used them for years and was charged 70.00 to flip a switch. Felt they could have made an adjustment.

I really like them they are prompt and they know what they are doing I will always use them. Thank you so much.
