    We found Middleton Heating And Air early this year and we are so glad we did! They are prompt, professional, and reasonably priced, especially since we are rural. Most importantly, they come when they say they will. Our technician, William Tedder, is outstanding. I hope Middleton appreciates him because he represents the company well. In the hottest weather in years, our ac stopped cooling. Same day service and reasonable priced, Mr Tedder had us cooling again. We highly recommend this company.

    We had Middleton Heat & Air out to check our existing system which we do every year in the spring. The inspection showed the Freon in AC was a little low and out of date (no longer used) that our cooling unit wasn't working to its fullest capacity(16 years old). I asked for an estimate for replacement. The estimate was reasonable to which we had everything replaced. Installers showed up when scheduled and completed the work in one day. We are very satisficed with the new unit and the workman ship. The installers were very professional and courteous. I would recommend Middleton Heat and Air to anyone.

    My 88 year old mother’s AC went out yesterday afternoon. She called the company she’s been using, and left a message for them to call her back to schedule service. This morning, the temp in her house was already 83°, on a day supposed to get up to 96°, so I called Middleton, who I normally use. Not only do they have someone to answer the phone and talk to immediately, they were able to send someone out within an hour. The service tech (shoutout to Mike Justice) arrived and immediately identified the problem, which thankfully turned out to be a quick and easy fix. He went ahead and inspected the outside unit, and attic, and explained everything throughout the process, was kind and professional. So here we are mid afternoon in a comfortably cool house, and the other company just called her back. Thank you so much, Middleton. You have a new customer now.

    We are so thankful for Middleton and their fast, professional service. We closed on a house and our furnace quit working that day. Middleton got a tech out quickly, who kept us safe from Carbon Monoxide poisoning. That tech advocated for us and got Joey out the next day to estimate. Joey worked hard to get us exactly what we needed in a complex, 100 year old house! The crew that did our install was professional, kind, and worked VERY quickly. They were done with a full retrofit in three days just as its getting colder outside! The plumbers and electricians that worked on our new system were also professional and kind, and did an amazing job. We're very thankful for Middleton as temps get cold again and we are warm!!

    The idea of Middleton being a 24/7 response company is laughable. Our AC was blowing warm air last night. I called them because we get our Spring and Fall check ups with them. They couldn't make it out and then this morning they said they couldn't make it till Monday (This is Thursday). They do pretty good once they get there usually but getting them out right now would be tough.

    Return calls and follow-up calls were greatly appreciated. The technician was very helpful, testing everything and explaining it all to me as he worked on repairs. Plus he was extremely polite and well-mannered and respected covid safety issues. All in all it was a great experience!

    Super hot day and A/C went out. I told them that my elderly mother lived with us and she has several medical issues and could not take the heat. They sent a GREAT service tech out, same day, and within a couple hours had us up and cooling again!! I recommend them 100%!!

    I have been using them for 3 years now and have been satisfied with them until now. A/C went out today 6/25/ 2022, 98 degrees with heat index of 105!! They advertise 24hr service but said they can't get to me until Thursday!!!! I have 4 special needs children, 3 of which have respiratory issues and can not wait that long....................

    We actually had a maintenance contract with another company. One of our AC units was not cooling but they kept telling us everything was okay. It was not. We called Middleton and a tech discovered our hot starter had failed and replaced it. The difference was immediate. Several months later our air compressor failed. We again called Middleton and the technician advised we would have to get a new heat pump. Middleton advised us we would have to wait a month for a salesman to contact us about a replacement unit. When we advised them that a member of the household was experiencing respiratory distress they got someone out in two weeks. The salesman (Brent) was great at explaining the different heat pumps available and the favorable financing options available. The installers (Taylor and AJ) did a great job of installing the new unit. We actually had to leave before they had finished for a medical appointment and they locked up our house and left the house key in the agreed upon place. The new unit has worked extremely well. A city inspector came out and reviewed the install and said it was well done. This is a great customer friendly company and we have opted to go with them as our new service provider. We strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC servicing company.

    Greg came out today (same day service), and was knowledgeable, professional, and quick! We’ve been Middleton customers for years, and today’s service call helped to remind me why we count on Middleton for all of our HVAC needs! Thanks again Middleton!!
