I’m sooo disappointed with this service. I’ve been waiting almost a freaking month to get a part replaced for my unit. They advisement that they would keep in touch through emails. Never got 1 email and I had to call so many times to ask what was going on. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he had to contacted through an email in order for him to call. WTH do you mean!!! There isn’t a supervisor that you can pick up a phone and talk with?!!! Never ever will I use this company again!!!

The technician was very thorough and did a good job. However, he disconnected and attempted to reconnect garden hoses leaving them unconnected. I was surprised as they all worked well the day before when i connected them and now spewing water every where. I was unable to get them back on without leaks. 😞

The tech was punctual and very good. However, he found something else that need repaired. He called it in. I was told that the company would get back to e to schedule the repair. That was now 4 business days and I am still waiting.

I have used Middleton's services for approximately 13 years. Generally, their technicians are very reliable and thorough. They are usually very good about cleaning up after themselves and replacing things where they found them (returning the thermostat to the original setting, shutting the back gate after going into the back yard, etc). When there has been an issue, they have taken care of it fairly promptly.

Despite the heat, these guys are very pleasant to work with and always on time. I appreciated that before they do any work they inform you how much it would cost. I appreciate their hard work especially when they have to work in the attic in this heat!

I've been a Middleton Heat/Air customer for 11 years. Always courteous, professional service from the installation to repairs and maintenance. Easy to schedule service, office staff efficient, technicians are the best, fair and competitive pricing, no disappointments. Now with text message when time to renew the worthwhile service contract, it allows instant, convenient payment. A number of my neighbors are now Middleton customers from the satisfaction I've told them about. Thank you, Middleton, for excellent service!

Decided to use Middleton Heat and Air for heating repair services. After scheduling a date, the tech came out to assess the issue with our heating. The tech came out for barely 1-2 minutes and did not touch the heating unit or any of the adjacent units. I am aware that there is a fee just for the tech to come out and look but to be charged for "labor" when no labor was performed seems a little over the top. I would be more understanding if he actually performed a service rather then just a look over and be charged for an hour of labor. Called the office number and got the run around for 3 weeks. Would not recommend this company for your repair services.

We needed to get our 2 AC/heating units replaced soon. When started the process we got 3 bids to compare. The other 2 companies came out and provided a quick inspection, bid, and went their way. When we meet with Joey from Middleton he was very professional, thorough and took time to explain the scope of work, efficiency of the units, warranty, and answered my concerns. We were very impressed when Joey came back out to follow-up with us that we decided to have Middleton replace our AC/heating systems. The installation crew were professional, courteous, efficient & hard working. They had a problem with one ofbthe parts and worked into the late night to try to install one unit, but unfortunately it was impossible and no fault if them. However, the next day they made sure that they had the correct parts, extra crew and worked harder to get both units installed. We were pleased that they finished the instalation in a timely manner.

Yesterday a technician arrived within a couple hours of my first call…and he was the second one that tried to respond. On several service calls over the years for my 20+ year-old home H&AC system they have come quickly and only fixed what has to be fixed.

I really didn't know what to expect everyone involved was very knowledgeable in what they were doing. The men doing the electrical work ask where I would like to have the lines ran to keep them hidden so they couldn't be seen by people driving by. The two young men who installed the unit did a outstanding job. Everything was clear and neat.

Outstanding work but all. In the fall I will have them to return and finish doing two other rooms.
Definitely recommend this company.
