Middleton Heat & Air

Called them to come out for a repair because my AC was having issues cooling just to be told, "Everything looks good, it's just the high temperature outside." Then 3days later it stops working and my house is at 85 the entire day. Called them back to get a 12-8 estimated time. You would think they would be a little more prompt because the issue should have been handled the FIRST TIME now me and my family have to sit and wait, hoping they come before it reaches 90 degrees in my home. What a joke, highly unprofessional.

Installers were scheduled to arrive between 08:30 and 09:00. They arrived at 08:45. The install was completed by 12:45. They pulled the old unit out and removed the outside unit and replaced everything in about four hours. They had replaced the thermostat also. Air was blowing cold! Only issue: the air wasn't blowing fast enough. That lack of speed caused the coils to freeze overnight. They had a tech out the next day, Saturday, to fix that issue. No problems since.

We needed our AC worked on during the weekend so called them. A tech came out and first thing he did was ask for the warranty information and then go into the attic. He then went and looked at the AC unit and said there were 3 things wrong with it and that it just needed to be replaced. He offered a fix but said it probably wouldn't last for the weekend. He offered to have someone call us the same night to talk about how to get a new one and the estimate for replacement. We decided to shop around and get a second opinion and I'm glad we did. The other company we had come out fixed our AC in a matter of minutes and we haven't had a problem since. Always get a second opinion folks..especially when they mention spending $5-8k

When i first had them out there was a very helpful polite lady named Lindsey helping me she was the only positive part of the experience. The guys who installed equipment were unprofessional left cigarette butts in my yard made my house stink tracked in mud, unless I am contacted by Lindsey I will not be using this company again.

I noticed my air was not cooling the house sufficiently. I called Middleton yesterday and they were able to come out early this morning. Couldn’t ask for a better response. The technician diagnosed the problem and got me up and running. Very happy with the service.

Everyone I have spoke to at Middleton have been professional, very kind, took time to answer my questions. When I called about a problem with my Air conditioner, they sent someone out the same day to fix my system. I highly recommend them. All the ladies I have spoke with in the office over the years have always been really sweet to me.Thank you Middleton!

Someone tried to steal my condensing unit so I needed the lines reattached. they spent a lot of time trying to sell me a new unit and convincing me that reattaching the old unit after it had been disconnected and left in the weather would be risky. A new unit might cost something like $6,000 so I told him I was willing to take the risk. he said they wouldn't guarantee that it would work and I said that's fine and then they said it would probably cost about $2,000. That's a ridiculously high price. I called precision and they reattached the unit and charged it for $450.
On another occasion I have a rental property which they've done a lot of service to the unit so rather than calling precision I called Middleton again and the unit needed freon. They ended up charging me $170 to tell me that I need to buy an expensive new unit which I said no way so they said the office will call the following day to get someone else to actually fix it the following day. They weren't able to repair the leak and they would only charge it with r22 the most expensive freon on the market and also encourage me to get a new unit. So the following day I called Precision he tightened one bolt and charged the unit with the replacement freon for r22 and the whole thing costs $340.

I had a great experience right from the beginning! The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and informative, and helped set me up for the kind of service I was looking for, when I wasn't quite sure what I needed. The technician that came out to my house was very knowledgeable, polite, and didn't mind answering the questions that I asked. I have nothing but great things to say about Middleton!

Middleton's installed a new Carrier system at our home and it was an awesome experience!! The entire process was exceptional!! The technicians were experts in their craft and very customer focused!! They left our home spotless and did an outstanding job of training us on the systems!! Our home air conditioning and heating has never performed better!!
