Since we are in the middle of the Covid pandemic, it was good for him to wear covers on shoes and to not touch any unnecessary areas of my home. He was efficient and courteous. He demonstrated quality professionalism. I also liked that the company was doing everything possible to keep their employees with a full work day by moving customers in when there was an opening in the schedule and someone was close to that neighborhood.
Mad time to get off work to have a technician come out to check my unit which I knew was low on Freon. The technician came out and hooked up to the unit and stated that the Freon was low. I asked if would be checking for the leak. He told me it would be close to $200 and I’m thinking okay we’ll if you find the leak it’ll be fixed and we can move on. He then proceeds to encourage me to just buy a new unit and scrap the old one due to a leak. That in my book is insane . I’ve used Middleton for work prior and have never felt like I’ve been treated unfairly until today. The technician Charlie clearly didn’t want to do the work so I’ll have to find another company who will and is not in the business to sell new units to people when theirs can be repaired.
Shame on Charlie who works for Middleton! Hard to find honest people/ companies nowadays.
I cant say enough good things about Middleton Heat and Air.....Cole Dugan came out and recognized what needed to b done and he resolved the problem in a very professional manner. He was kind enough to answer all my questions pertaining to the situation and was extremely polite. Their pricing is very reasonable too...we will defiantly use them for all out heating and a/c repairs....Thanks again Cole!
J.T. and another technician installed a new Trane heating system in my attic and they were both wonderfully professional and courteous, answered all my questions and let me "play" with the thermostat while installing the main part of it. Day 3 and all is running perfectly!
Middleton sold me a high quality unit about ten years ago and have performed a maintenance check on the a/c and on the heater annually ever since. The unit has never required a repair and continues to run like new.
Our upstairs AC went out last week and I was able to call Middleton and get an appointment that day. Our tech, Barrett, did a great job explaining the problem and even showed me an illustration on his phone to explain what was broken. I was surprised when they got the parts in so quickly and had us up and cooling again.
Just wanted to let you know what good experience I had with your company. At the end of last summer my ac went out. I broke one of my main rules... never go with a large company. But I decided to call Middleton because of the reviews I had read on Angie's list. I set up an appt and a salesman came out that day. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail He did not try to sell my things I did not need. I was also pleased to find that there was low interest financing. The following day two installers came out and worked all day installing exactly what I ordered. It was one of the hottest days of the year... it had to be 200 degrees in my attic , yet they stayed all day and got the job done. I think their names were Darrel and Leonard. You should look them up and give them a medal and a bonus. This was one of the the most professional installs I have ever seen! Unreal. They even installed a coil access panel at my request. There have been no surprises. Thank you Middleton HC! I wish I could find your email address so I could let you know who I am and my address, cause I'm serious, you need to do something nice for the 2 techs that installed. They were total pros!

I had a new HVAC unit installed by Middleton. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Later that same evening my unit stopped because of a backed up condensation line. A fine gentleman by the name of Mike Justice came to my home after hours, fixed the problem, and stayed for an additional 2 hours double checking everything in my system, making sure that it was all functioning properly. I had no further problems with any part of the system and it continues to work flawlessly. Mike is a credit to his profession, and a kind and cheerful pleasure to be around. I hope Middleton realizes what a fantastic employee they have in Mike Justice. Thanks again for taking such good care of me Mike!
