    I needed to have plumbing hooked up to a new sink with a new garbage disposal and shutoff valves. The job was a little more complex because it required the old plumbing to be converted from two drains to one and my serviceman “Clifton” made it look easy. He was only here for 3 hrs and showed me how to handle little things in the future concerning my new equipment.

    He was incredibly kind to my family and has just made Middleton my go-to plumbing service for the future. I highly recommend Clif and Middleton plumbing.

    I've had a couple other companies come out to fix my unit. They all said they can't you have to buy a new one. As a disabled vet I had to save up money again, I finally decided to call Middleton Heat and Air.
    Low and behold my Tech knew Exactly what to do to fix my unit. I am so Very Thankful for such a wonderful and caring Tech and Company. Thank You Troy !

    our business over on cantrel has paid Middleton over $40,000.00 in the last year to repair our units, yet every time we turn a unit on we have to call to have someone come out and charge us 500-700 . its almost always a controller issue, the unit i fine but it never get a signal. it would be nice to turn on a unit and actually have it work.

    Service technician was tremendous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
    Had to wait four days for him to get to the house, it's my mother's actually and she is 81 years old. I know it's bad timing as it is hot, however I will not wait that long again

    I called Middleton Heating & Air this morning for a tech app't. for a/c seasonal ck. & problems with the fan on the unit. I was so impressed with the customer service from Miranda in main office & Laura in financing. Laura is very knowledgeable in what options are available for customers pertaining to financing. Being a senior citizen, I needed options conducive to my income Very professional, knowledgeable & helpful in all areas. Thanks Laura, you are great !

    When it comes to kids and cars (and nowadays—major appliances), they say they do not break down or get sick on payday.
    Well, that goes for the day of the week too.
    With temps right at, or above 90, and an unforgiving humidity—we were in serious trouble—and all on a late Saturday afternoon.
    We did not think there would be anyone there on Saturday night. I figured I could at least leave a message on voice mail. Imagine my surprise when I reached a live person—a dispatcher named Stephanie—who took my information, asked fact-finding questions regarding the problem, and scheduled us within a 7 day period.
    I asked if there would be a weekend/emergency surcharge due to the timing of our catastrophe—she told me no.
    Her “telephone voice” afforded her a most professional demeanor that was greatly appreciated at a very stressful time.
    Wes was the tech that was assigned to us. Though we could see he had already had a “full” day by the time he got to us, his patience as he explained the problem, its solution, and possible future needs of the unit were greatly appreciated as well. He did not try to rush through, and made sure we understood everything before he left.
    As my parents are old school, they wanted a paper receipt which Wes made sure to request for us. It came in the mail 3 days later.
    This was definitely a team effort, and we could not be more thankful for all the help we received—especially with the uncertainty we are all currently living with.
