Middleton Heat & Air

We use Middleton for most of our commercial and residential maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance contracts. I use them for my personal home as well. I have known them for over 20 years and feel that their staff are trust worthy, professional, well trained, and they have clear communication with management when you have any issues at all. They have always been fair when things go wrong or in trying to save us money. They do not recommend work that isn't required. I think Middleton is a great asset to me professionally.

Second rate employer, fired me after two weeks of peak performance, over me never having been informed as to who my boss was.

The team did a great job of installing a new zone controller, zone dampers, and thermostats for my 4 zone system. They also installed a new return to address a long-term issue with insufficient return capacity. They were great to work with and gave a fair price. When the job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, they quickly pulled in additional resources so that all of the work was completed in one day as planned. I would recommend them to others and will continue to use them for all of my personal HVAC needs!

I had an appointment for today, June 18….it has been scheduled for almost a month. Appointment was for 2:00 PM. I called around 3:00 PM to ask how long the appointment window was and they said 8:00 PM. So, basically I have to remain at my home all afternoon just hoping Middleton shows up to fulfill my maintenance contract. At 7:30 PM I called again to see if they were still going to come out. The operator said they would “still be coming tonight.” They no-showed me and made me waste my entire afternoon. Being at home costs me money…and today Middleton had no respect for my time. I have had decent luck with them in the past, but I am very disappointed that I wasn’t even called for a re-schedule or even told the truth about their inability to fulfill their commitment.

Overall had a great experience with Middleton Heat and Air. Despite some glitches along the way with our AC/heat installation, they were super responsive, nice, and accommodating. We worked with Brent to decide on the model of units we would need, and he was fantastic. He has answered all of our questions in a timely manner and dealt with all of our granular questions with professionalism! Would highly recommend this company.

The staff at Middleton have been responsive to my concerns. Their techs show up on time and have always been respectful, punctual, and knowledgeable. They have explained why any services were needed. I recently called with a criticism, and they made it right. You can’t ask for more than that. My interactions from every facet from customer service when making the the phone call to the professional repairmen, who come to my home, I’m happy to recommend Middleton.

I have used Middleton since 1976, and never had a bad experience. Whenever they were called to diagnose and repair a problem, they always fixed it the first time, with no need for call-backs. Their service personnel are courteous and professional, and the office staff are a pleasure to deal with.

I had a AC issues in my attic where the drain pan was leaking and I had a water dmg disaster. I immediately called Middleton to check out my issues and they found all my issues with my Ac and fixed them and suggested a Service Maintenance on my unit and I signed up. Their team was very professional and very helpful to a single income home. I will continue to use their services.
