Perry Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

I have used them on a couple different house's.
The first time they had the parts and did the job.
The second house I have been waiting for a repair estimate for 2 weeks now and I've also called 5 times to ask them for it talked to a couple different ladies that said they would email me the repair estimate but never have I'm done with them.

I paid the 89.99 service call but for some reason they won't even get back to me about doing the repair on my unit.
I would NOT recommend them or go through them again!

I called 3 different plumbers because we had an emergency where 1/3 of our facility was backed up. I actually got Perry Heating & cooling by accident. The service tech Mathew arrived quickly, and worked hard to get the clog cleared. It took some thinking, and he used his experience to resolve the issue. The price was fair for an emergency call. I would definitely recommend Perry Heating & Cooling!

Rafael Tapia is respectful and professional. He informed us what was the issue causing our a/c unit. He will have to order a part. We will be expecting him back sometime next week or so with the installing of a new motor. Thank you for helping.

The service was completed rapidly. The maintenance needed was fully explained and approved before it was started. The work was completed, and I was shown before and after photos of the work that had been done.

I would definitely keep this company in my contact list. Very friendly service, I called with an issue with one of our property's mini splits. After many,many companies shooting me down for the age of the unit, being less than a year Perry's H&C was on the ball with getting a service technician out. They had availability for an appointment for the following day, but I practically begged to be put on call for an open spot the same day. I got a call from Jordan an hour later, with an ETA of 30 mins. He arrived ran his diagnostic found the issue and fixed it. Fast efficient and friendly. Thank you Jordan you did great. Great price, easy online payment portal... Nothing negative can be said, great experience. Will use again!!!!!!

When I say Joe was on top of everything from the time he came out to look at the job, my only regret is I wish I had talked to him first. He explained what he could see was the problem, what he would do to fix it as well as spoke with my some on the phone. I had a crack in the old steel pipes, replaced it. I c h ad talked to 4 companies, one wanted to charge me 22,000 ,I could put that down on a new house.

This company services all my clients' inspections and I am always beyond impressed from intake to inspection to follow up. They are ON IT! Grateful for true professionalism and integrity!

My control panel for my heating and air conditioner, was on lock . Richard Davis showed my how to unlock it. He was friendly and professional. . I enjoyed talking to this young man.
