Nate was amazing and professional. He did a very thorough inspection on my AC unit. During our appt he went above and beyond any other company I have had service my unit by explaining the issue ( in terms I could understand and it made sense) and gave me several options to chose from. Nate the repairman came out the same day I called within an hour, and could not have been more pleasant or knowledgeable. He detected the problem immediately. The condensor fan needed replacement, and Nate ordered the part on the spot. Upon his return, he was very efficient and thorough, and the most delightful repairman I have ever encountered. We’ve been with Dunamic Comfort going on our third year with them and continual maintenance. Zach was our last technician and he was so kind, considerate of our toddlers, and quick. He helped do an inspection and let us know about a protect program to keep our home cleaner which we will be scheduling for.
We had a clog and drip pan issue in the past and it was quickly fixed as well and cost efficient for such short notice. Thank you Dynamic for always being there when we need it.
