Dynamic Comfort LLC, AC and Heating

I highly recommend Dynamic Comfort A/C and Heating! Eric did an awesome job presenting and explaining the different options for a brand new AC/Furnace. He was actually able to schedule the installation to occur within a few days of ordering the unit! He truly cares about keeping his customers happy! Matthew and Tanner were absolutely fantastic to work with on the installation! They are both fine young men, hard workers, with good attention to detail. They did a great job and now we are nice and comfortably cool!

I bought a home in 2021 with an older A/C system and knew that it needed attention. I overpaid for minor repairs with another company, and was discouraged from getting my system looked at a again. I waited a year and called Dynamic Comfort and they sent my savior, Nate. He was professional, courteous, timely, and gave me tons of useful information (in terms I could understand). I had a lot of questions and Nate patiently explained the status of my system, the the work he was going to ultimately perform. I signed up for a 10-year maintenance plan because I wanted the twice-annual inspections, discounts on parts/labor, free service visits, and credit towards an eventual replacement system. I would recommend Nate and Dynamic Comfort to anyone with HVAC related questions. The military discount isn't bad either!

I contacted Dynamic Comfort because I did not have any trust in the "Company" that installed our heatpump. They came out on time, did a full evaluation of our system, told me what was wrong and what was needed to get this system repaired. He did excellent work, did the work quickly, and was personable and professional the entire time. Thank you! All reasonably priced too! Locally family owned! These are the people you need to be servicing and repairing your HVAC!

Nate came by and let us know some crucial issues to be fixed and helped us out immediately and helped the life of our AC for a while longer and helped with budgeting what would be best for us. Great experience, highly recommend.

Ronnie came out n was very professional n nice the whole time he was here. He let me see what he was doing n showed me what needed to be fixed. I will definitely use this company again. Ask for Ronnie he is one amazing guy.

The tech, Jacob, was courteous and was informative. He answered all my questions and let me know what I might expect in the future with service needs to lengthen the life of my heat pump. He let me know about the air purifier system they offer and the benefits to adding that to my system. The check up went good and nothing needed at this time. Good job! Very pleased with Jacob! The person who scheduled the appointment told me the tech would arrive around 4pm and would be here earlier if possible, as I had told him I could do 3pm. The tech showed up around 5pm, called first, I let him know what time I was told and he let me know his schedule showed my appointment was set for 5-7pm. I wake up at 4am so I'm in bed typically by 8pm... no way I set an appointment for that time! That was a little annoying but it was not Jacob's fault. He did an excellent job.

I was very happy with the service but I wasn't explained 1 thing about putting my mini split air conditioner heater on auto fan to get heat ro blow out but other then that they were very through and explained everything in detail!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I needed to replace my AC unit. Every other company I talked to wanted to sell me a heat pump instead. But Eric listened to what I wanted and was able to install a new AC and furnace for about half the price of the other companies’ heat pump bids. I really appreciate that I can trust Dynamic Comfort to not sell me something I don’t need just to make more money. The installation was done two days later and finished around noon. It was so easy and it didn’t even have time to get hot inside before my new AC was installed and cooling. I also got an air scrubber installed and I can’t say enough about what a difference it has already made to the air quality inside my house. The air feels clean and fresh and my allergies are gone while I’m inside. I would recommend Dynamic Comfort to anyone who needs air or heating.

This was our second interaction with Nate for our HVAC. Today he arrived for our routine maintenance and did a wonderful job! He is friendly, polite, thorough and professional. We are happy to finally find a company we would feel confident to recommend to all our neighbors and friends.
