The service was great. Everything was explained to me well before I made my decision to continue with service. I will continue using Dynamic Comfort LLC for my air conditioning and heating needs.

I received more information than anybody else has given me about my unit

All around great experience with Nate Lawler. Thorough, describes in depth everything that needs to be done, shows the products that were replaced and why they needed to be replaced, and customer service makes working with them 5 stars!

The technicians came when they were scheduled and were curtious. Nate explained everything they would be doing, then went over the results, afterwards. We were very pleased with the appointment.

Even though he was not on time, RAY appeared to have done the work on the roof (I wasn’t up there with him). He was professional and courteous.
