Dynamic Comfort LLC, AC and Heating

Our AC unit stopped working on Saturday evening & after a strong recommendation from a friend we called Dynamic on Sunday. They were able to come over & inspect our unit less than an hour after our call. The repair was done in less than an hour & the value was great! We learned how to better care for our unit & look forward to regular maintenance moving forward. Nate, the service technician, was professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining the issues we were having with our unit.

Brandon and Zachary are wonderful to work with; friendly, knowledgeable and both do solid work. I would recommend Dynamic Comfort to anyone needing HVAC work.

Outstanding job by both Nate and Jason, but I must give a special thank you to Jason. Upon learning that the arrival of the part needed to repair our unit had slipped to the afternoon, he called. In light of the delay, he was still committed to having the air-conditioner repaired, recharged, and fully functional before the end of the day. After working for 3-hours in 106-degree heat, he delivered on that promise.

Dynamic Comfort LLC we’re very prompt and courteous. I got a call from the technician that would be servicing the unit to let me know when he would arrive. He walked me through every step of the service and let me know what I should be watching out for in the next year or so. He was very honest about what my unit needed or didn’t need. Eric and Nate are really great guys! I won a maintenance plan at the SAHBA Home Show last fall, and ended up getting my A/C unit replaced last winter by them. They're a father-son pair, and they're both really knowledgeable and have consistently taken the time to explain my unit to me when they've come out. They've shown me photos of the installation and I feel confident in their work. I definitely recommend them for your A/C needs!

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain things and point out options. He invited my husband to come along (onto the roof) and observe his work as he cleaned the coils and fixed a filter by the motor.

Overall great experience! We've been using the company for HVAC and furnace maintenance and have been very pleased every time. Ronnie was very thorough and really explained our options. I really feel like they're looking out for what's best for us.
