First time user of this company. Awesome service from Justin (Tech)..came out to service my A/C and found a few items that needed attention..Justin fixed items! Prices are reasonable and i bought a service plan..give them a call, you'll be happy!!

They responded quickly to a request for an inspection of furnace and AC. Eric, who is the owner, was very thorough and informative. We were very pleased to also get an air purification system installed the same day to help with allergies, and for air sanitization for more peace of mind with Covid.

The entire experience with them was a complete pleasure. Erik was very quick to have someone out to my place, tech was there in 20 mim after my call. Justin was the technician sent out and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He did an excellent job explaining what went wrong, what he did to fix it and what could be done to prevent any problems. His explaination was simple and easy to follow, it wasn't full of big words or garbage terms other place use to try to convince you they know what they're talking about. This is the place to go for any A/C issues and if you do call be sure to ask for Justin (not saying the other techs are bad in any way).

I called Dynamic simply based on their Rating of 5 Stars. I needed a new blower motor for for my AC unit that went down the night before around 9PM. I called first thing in the morning hopefully to catch an appointment for the same day. They were very quick to respond i was told between 8-11am. Gentleman called at approx. 0815 and arrived around 0840hrs. Much to my surprise the gentleman greeted me wanting to sell me a Service Plan and he hasn't even seen the AC he was to be there to work on. He finally came in the house and i showed him the unit. He spent about 1/2-1hr looking it over. He told me it was the Blower Motor. He then called his boss (Eric/Owner) to price the motor and installation. He comes back stating he could not get a motor for 10 Business days however they could sell me a new unit for $8800.00. Not my plan I need a new Blower Motor. So then we discussed a possibility of installing a new furnace being this is where the motor was located, after waiting on his boss to callback over an hour and me on the internet looking for a new motor in Tucson his boss calls back and they could install in on Saturday (3 days away) so i am to get a hotel for 3 days? I asked time and time again are you telling me there are no blower motors anywhere in Tucson? After being here for 3 hours the "Salesman" finally realized all i wanted was my AC fixed and nothing new just a simple blower motor. He decided he should prob leave. Prior to him leaving he said "I am only going to charge $125.00 for diagnostics" this is after telling me he really didnt do anything. I simply acknowledged what he said and told him i wasnt paying him a dime for two reasons 1. he didnt do anything 2 he obviously didnt plan on doing anything and his only purpose was to sell me something. Watch out for these guys they are thieves.

Amazing customer service great experience would recommend to my grandma if she was still with us!!! The owner Eric was hands on and explained everything with detail. He was very considerate of my needs so he repeated things for me as many times as it took for me to get it or remember 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣 that's what happens with age 🤪 thank dynamic crew for keeping us cool in this crazy heat
