Alex Gamez from Tailored Mechanical installed my reverse osmosis system. He was very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job explaining how the system works. I am very impressed!

The technician, Joe Moore was extremely communicative and thorough. He announced his arrival, was on time well within the arrival window and the install was done to my complete satisfaction. He even corrected some things that were improperly done by a previous technician in the course of his install. Thank you Joe and to the folks at Tailored Mechanical.

Every time a technician from Tailored Mechanical (TM) comes for my regular quarterly maintenance, I am reminded how happy I am to have gone with a small, local company. They are always on time and have the most pleasant, professional manner. Scarlett has been super helpful every time I have called TM. (She even has texted me after work hours to help me with a scheduling issue!). It speaks volumes that the same people show up at my house year after year; that shows loyalty to TM which in turn indicates a great working environment for the employees. All in all, everyone is happy!

Very professional and explained everything in detail. Even though it was just a standard maintenance call I felt a lot of time was taken and it was very thorough and it was all thoroughly explained to me on how to best keep my system maintained. The young man who did our culligan install was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the job. He was friendly and professional . His installation is also very aesthetically pleasing . He enjoyed his job and spoke very well of his company.
