We had an outside fixed faucet that was leaking. They rebuilt the faucet and added in a pressure valve release. Great service. I would definitely recommend them

This company has been servicing our AC/furnace unit for 10 years. Our old unit's compressor died and they helped find us a unit they had in stock, so it was able to be installed the next day. The install of the new unit went smoothly, and they were finished a couple of hours earlier than the initial time they estimated. They were good to deduct an entire years' worth of repairs on the previous unit from the price of the new Unit, which made it possible to get an upgraded unit. We have never felt cooler than with this new AC unit and the work was very professional. Everything looks really nice. They were clean, quiet, and fast. They made sure to show me how the new unit would need to be extended in the existing space before installing and reviewed it with me after the install was complete. I don't know how their prices compare as I've never used another company, but in talking to others, I think they run similar to most companies. They are always good to call before they arrive and are usually within the time frame they give me.

AC was running poorly and no less during a hot spell. Tech was able to come out same day and make repairs.

I scheduled for a technician to come check my ductwork and air conditioner. They gave me a noon - 3pm window. They called the day before to confirm. Nobody showed up by 5pm. I called them, and was told that an emergency dispatch would go out, and that someone would call me back. Nobody ever called. I wasted a day on them. I don't appreciate this disrespect of my time. Very poor on their part. They could have at least called and told me they couldn't make it over. I hope the owner sees this post, because this kind of thing left unchecked can ruin a business.

I called them for estimate to repair my mainline pipe. The technician were professional and showed up on time but that only positive thing I can say. They didn’t dig to find out what type of pipes I had. Just used my stake to poke the ground to tell me the pipes were buried too shallow. They wanted over $1000. I got a 2nd opinion, it ended up being a simple repair and fraction of the cost.

Enjoyed conversations we had, even beyond AC. I would recommend him to be my all time AC helper. He did a wonderful job. Keep him! It would be great if I called and he would be the one who always came by to the house. I've been with Perry for 20-some years. I've always been happy with the work they do.

Previously, we had had the thermo-couple replaced and the heating unit serviced. After that, we kept having an issue with the pilot flame going out. The previous company just kept saying that we needed to replace the entire unit. I called Perry Heating and Cooling to get a second opinion on the issue. The technician could not find anything wrong. If anything, he stated that the terminals on thermo-couple did not look good. We asked him to replace it. The pilot light has been working fine ever since - no issues. Bottom line: the technician fixed the issue and he did not try to up-sell me or install anything unnecessary. I appreciate this company's honesty. Two-thumbs up to Perry HVAC.
