It is frustrating since the Trane unit I purchased from Perry is only 3 years old and this is the third time I have had this problem with it.

I’ve been a customer of this business for 15 years. Their service technicians are first rate — five stars. Rafael did excellent work with a recent heat pump installation. My problem is with the office staff. I tried to contact them with a billing/accounting issue — leaving two phone messages and an email for Monica, the office manager. I was trying to correct THEIR mistake, and pay them more money, but they didn’t know that because Monica never got back to me. After four attempts (over four weeks) I finally got through to Monica so I could pay them the correct amount I owed them. She only said she had “been in and out of the office” and apparently too busy over the past four weeks to give me the courtesy of returning phone calls or answering emails. Accordingly, I’m sorry to say that after 15 years, I’ll probably take my future business to a different company.

I am always pleased and confident I will receive the best service from Perry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. The company installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home a few years ago. There has been absolutely no problems with either one. I have Perry come to my home twice a year to ensure units are clean and ready for Tucson's weather.

Air conditioner died early afternoon and they had a tech here by 5:30. Fixed the capacitor in 15 minutes and back to cooling. Really nice, skilled tech, good communication, highest recommendation.

What started out as the normal Spring service, scheduled for this Monday, turned into a repair when the unit quit cooling. My appointment was quickly changed to Saturday and Todd came out and discovered the startup capacitor for the compressor had failed. Replaced the capacitor and performed the Spring service work and back up and running. Todd was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
